Ottimo il servizio di consegna perché massimo 12 ore il materiale è disponibile a domicilio. Complimenti per il servizio al banco di Simone specialista del rimorchio e semirimorchio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di alcuni ricambi per un carrello rimorchio, quindi prima di prendere l'auto e fare 30 km ho preferito chiamare e chiedere.
La prima telefonata non ha risposto nessuno, alla seconda, una persona cordiale, alla mia richiesta, ha risposto... "venga tranquillo che qualcosa troviamo".
Arrivato, ho dovuto attendere al bancone 20 minuti per poi sentirmi dire "mi dispiace ma non possiamo aiutarla non abbiamo idea di dove trovare questi ricambi".
Quindi si consiglio di un amico mi sono recato alla AL-KO, i quali mi hanno detto di non avere ciò che cercavo ma almeno mi hanno aiutato individuando il modello e la marca dei ricambi.
Dopo una brevissima ricerca su internet ho trovato quello che cercavo.
Grazie Arca ricambi a non rivederci.
La mia opinione:
Servizio e cortesia pessimi.
I needed some spare parts for a trailer trolley, so before taking the car and driving 30 km I preferred to call and ask.
The first phone call did not answer anyone, the second, a friendly person, to my request, he answered ... "be sure that we find something".
Arrived, I had to wait at the counter for 20 minutes and then be told "I'm sorry but we can't help you we have no idea where to find these parts".
So on the advice of a friend I went to AL-KO, who told me they didn't have what I was looking for but at least they helped me by identifying the model and brand of the spare parts.
After a very short internet search I found what I was looking for.
Thanks Arca ricambi for not seeing us again.
My opinion:
Bad service and courtesy.
