Mi avevano assunta a parole anche se l'azienda con cui dicevano di lavorare e dove avrei dovuto essere impiegata non ne sapeva nulla da li` mi dicevano che era la cooperativa che si occupava di tutte le questioni del personale ma la TopService diceva che faceva tutto l'azienda o che si dividevano meta`loro e meta` la ditta le pratiche, poi rimandavano in continuazione la data dell'inizio del lavoro e poi conclusero dicendomi che non ero stata scelta mentre all'inizio mi dicevano che mi avevano selezionata e infatti mi avevano chiamata per dirmelo! Same experience that Giuseppe di Benedetto had: a scam! They hired me in words even if the company they said they worked with and where I should be employed didn't know anything from there they told me that it was the cooperative that took care of all personnel matters but TopService said that it did everything the company or who shared half their files and half the company, then they continuously postponed the date of the start of the work and then concluded by telling me that I had not been chosen while at the beginning they told me that they had selected me and in fact they had called me to tell me!
G	Giuseppe Di Benedetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi racconto la mia esperienza con Top Service Coop: dopo aver fatto il colloquio in zai un mese fa, il 3 aprile mi chiamano per un colloquio in azienda, dopodiché mi richiamano il giorno dopo per una prova di 5 minuti con il muletto per vedere se e come so usarlo (ho preso il patentino a inizio marzo); mi chiamano 2 giorni dopo e mi dicono che l'indomani sarei andato a lavorare da loro e mi fanno mandare tutti i documenti per l'assunzione (carta d'identità, cod. fiscale e iban); quel giorno vado per iniziare e appena arrivato là mi dicono che io non avrei dovuto andare, che avevano fatto confusione con i turni e quindi io ero in più, e mi rispediscono a casa, dicendomi che il lunedì successivo mi avrebbero chiamato (era sabato); infine, quel lunedì mi rimuovono dal gruppo dell'azienda, li chiamo per chiedere spiegazioni e mi dicono che hanno SBAGLIATO PERSONA DA ASSUMERE (!!) e che quindi hanno già cancellato l'assunzione... per molti aspetti non mi sono sembrati per nulla persone serie né affidabili e veramente poco professionali... quantomeno hanno avuto il buon senso di rimborsarmi la spesa della benzina... I will tell you about my experience with Top Service Coop: after having done the interview in zai a month ago, on April 3rd they call me for an interview in the company, after which they call me back the next day for a 5-minute test with the forklift to see if and how I can use it (I got my license in early March); they call me 2 days later and they tell me that the next day I would go to work with them and they make me send all the documents for the hiring (identity card, tax code and iban); I'm going to start that day and as soon as I got there they tell me that I shouldn't have gone, that they had confused the shifts and so I was extra, and they send me home, telling me that the following Monday they would call me (it was Saturday) ; finally, on Monday they remove me from the group of the company, I call them to ask for explanations and they tell me that they have WRONG PERSON TO RECRUIT (!!) and that therefore they have already canceled the hiring ... in many respects they did not seem to me nothing serious or reliable and very unprofessional people ... at least they had the good sense to reimburse me for the cost of gasoline ...

Non hanno niente a che vedere con le altre cooperative. Puntuali e seri, che ci tengono a fornire ai clienti servizi di qualità. Sono stati fin da subito trasparenti con me e se ti comporti correttamente loro sanno ricompensarti. Felicissima di fare parte di questo team!!!! Finally I found a serious company. I have been working with them for a year now and I can say that I have never had more honest and human employers than Top Service. They have nothing to do with other cooperatives. Punctual and serious, they keep us to provide customers with quality services. They were immediately transparent with me and if you behave correctly they know how to reward you. Happy to be part of this team !!!!
