Non apprezzano chi lavoro bene interessano solo i numeri si approfittano delle persone deboli che non possono farsi valere contro di loro
Good organization of the company, only Lisa and Alberto false people who say false things and not only towards employees who are always available at all hours. They do not appreciate those who work well they only care about numbers they take advantage of weak people who cannot stand up against them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupito da così tante recensioni positive. Danno appuntamento per il primo colloquio a più persone alla stessa ora e riescono ad essere pure in ritardo. Chiedono flessibilità oraria e di spostamento ma lo stipendio è ai minimi sindacali e la sede di lavoro può essere anche a 50km. L'impressione per quello che mi riguarda è stata decisamente negativa ma immagino che i clienti dell'azienda saranno sicuramente felici della flessibilità che l'azienda offre a discapito dei lavoratori.
Amazed by so many positive reviews. They make an appointment for the first interview to several people at the same time and manage to be late as well. They ask for flexibility in hours and travel but the salary is at the minimum wage and the place of work can be even 50km away. The impression for what concerns me was decidedly negative but I imagine that the company's customers will certainly be happy with the flexibility that the company offers at the expense of the workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente non capisco il motivo di tante recensioni negative.. mi sono sempre trovato molto bene dal primo colloquio fino ai lavori svolti successivamente. Il personale è molto disponibile, e per poter svolgere particolari mansioni ho avuto l'occasione di fare dei corsi di specializzazione che si sono rivelati utili anche in altre situazioni lavorative. Chiaramente essendo una cooperativa ci sono tutti i pro e contro del caso, ma nel complesso è una delle migliori aziende in cui ho lavorato.
I honestly do not understand the reason for so many negative reviews .. I have always found myself very well from the first interview until the works carried out subsequently. The staff is very helpful, and to be able to perform particular tasks I had the opportunity to do specialization courses that have proved useful also in other work situations. Clearly being a cooperative there are all the pros and cons of the case, but overall it's one of the best companies I've worked for.
