Io sono di Padova e mi sono trovata in panne, in autostrada, nel we prefestivo in prossimità di ferragosto e con una persona in auto che non era affatto in forma. Oltre al soccorso stradale ho trovato la professionalità e la volontà di risolvere davvero il problema. Grande onestà e professionalità. Ringrazio in particolare Francesco Bortolazzi. Skorzystałem z assistance , niestety, że była niedziela Pan który przyjechał Lawetą był arogancki (jak się później okazało szef jest taki sam) Ogólnie obrażony , że musiał przyjechać (nikt mu nie kazał podpisywać umowy z ubezpieczalnią) W poniedziałek wykonałem telefon do szefa warsztatu z pytaniem o cenę i czas naprawy, gdyż nie wiem czy chcę to naprawiać u niego dowiedziałem się , że cenę poda mi w środę gdyż ma zamknięte do środy, samochodu też do środy mi nie wyda, gdybym nawet chciał zmienić warsztat bo on ma wolne (we wtorek było święto) Dzwonie więc w środę z rana i dowiedziałem się , że już wymienił alternator i muszę zapłacić 550 Euro za wymianę alternatora. Ale ja się nie zgadzałem na wymianę . Pojechałem odebrać samochód i dowiedziałem się , że jednak 707 Euro (gdzie wystarczyło wymienić regulator napięcia , rozumiem wymienił cały bez mojej zgody co prawda. Wymiana w ASO kosztuje 450 Euro , oczywiście część+ robota . Auto dopiero dostane oczywiście jak zapłacę to odda mi samochód wstał od biurka i sobie poszedł. Nie miałem wyjścia więc zapłaciłem. OSZUST ŻERUJE NA TURYSTACH. Dodam, że w czasie gdy podjechała laweta z jego warsztatu nie chciał mi nawet pozwolić wyciągnąć walizki z samochodu, bo mu się tak spieszyło dopiero telefon do ambasady i rozmową z ambasadą pozwoliła mi na wyciągnięcie swoich bagaży z samochodu i przepakowanie do taxi. M	Marco Nardone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto a Verona in macchina con mia moglie e i miei tre figli ho parcheggiato in un parcheggio a pagamento vicino alla stazione ho dimenticato i fari accesi quando sono tornato la batteria non riusciva a far girare il motorino di avviamento ho chiamato questi signori che per venire a farmi un avviamento si 7 secondi con i cavi di avviamento si sono presi 150€ senza fattura praticamente a NERO! Hanno approfittato che avevo i bambini in macchina e già stavano aspettando da due ore erano tutti e tre infreddoliti comunque sono dei ladri autorizzati. Al momento di scaricare l'auto, la fa scendere a velocità folle senza cavo di sicurezza, rischiando di fare un disastro e di andare a sbattere sul muretto. Fuori di testa? Al momento del pagamento, non ha accettato bancomat e mi ha detto sempre in modo molto maleducato di farmi prestare i contanti. Lo sconsiglio a tutti, dispiace per la ditta ma quel dipendente non merita di lavorare .davvero pessimo maleducato e folle, spero prendano provvedimenti. Experience to forget.
