★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non la consiglio, esperienza negativa sui lavori e prezzi, addirittura sullo stesso lavoro tre preventivi diversi con differenze di 300 euro. Anche qui tutto ok se paghi e te ne vai in silenzio. Non molta cortesia in generale. Prezzi alti. Comperato due vetture anni fa con mancanza ruota di scorta (pagata come opzionale) e messa in strada senza tappo olio, tante rassicurazione e poi problemi a gogò su circuito acqua e guarnizione testata andata. Corsa dopo 10 anni tutta sverniciata e materiale di corsa ed astra per interni economici e degradabili. Mai più opel. Opel Italia rimanda le problematiche ai rapporti intercorsi con i concessionari fregandosene dei clienti
 I do not recommend it, negative experience on jobs and prices, even on the same job three different estimates with differences of 300 euros. Here too everything is ok if you pay and go in silence. Bought two cars years ago with no spare wheel (paid as an option) and put on the road without oil cap, lots of reassurance and then a lot of problems on the water circuit and gone cylinder head gasket. Racing after 10 years all stripped and racing material and astra for economical and degradable interiors. Never again opel. Opel Italia refers the problems to the relationships with the dealers, not caring about the customers

Procedura molto veloce, macchine nuove e anche usate praticamente nuove. Consiglio vivamente se avete bisogno di una macchina di qualità!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata all’auto ZAI di Verona per acquistare un Opel corsa a metà dicembre. Il venditore ci ha messo subito a nostro agio mostrandoci i modelli e i tipi di allestimento. Cosa posso dire alla fine l’ho presa!!!Fin da subito Dario ci ha messo al corrente che l’auto aveva un’attesa di due mesi è così è stato. Dario per noi è stato un venditore eccezionale, gentile , puntuale, preciso in ogni dettaglio, disponibile ogni volta che chiedevamo qualche aggiornamento in merito all’auto e per di più in tutte le concessionarie che abbiamo visitato Auto ZAI è stata la migliore.
I went to the ZAI car in Verona to buy an Opel Corsa in mid-December. The seller immediately put us at ease by showing us the models and types of equipment. What can I say in the end I got it !!! Dario immediately informed us that the car had to wait for two months and that's how it was. Dario was an exceptional salesman for us, kind, punctual, precise in every detail, available whenever we asked for some updates on the car and what's more, in all the dealerships we visited, Auto ZAI was the best.

My son bought his first car and I accompanied him to buy it. Premetto; il problema è avvenuto durante le feste e in periodo di covid.
Personale disponibile, professionale ed altamente qualificato.
Mi hanno seguito dalla A alla Z, rispondendo a qualsiasi mia domanda, dubbio o perplessità tenendomi aggiornato sull'andamento dei lavori.
Premetto ho visitato altri punti Opel nel Veronese, ma sicuramente, trovo lo staff officina e accoglienza cliente superiore alla media.

I state; the problem occurred during the holidays and during the covid period.
Helpful, professional and highly qualified staff.
They followed me from A to Z, answering any of my questions, doubts or concerns and keeping me updated on the progress of the work.
I start by visiting other Opel points in the Verona area, but surely, I find the workshop staff and customer reception above average.
