g	giacomo brutti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato per farmi fare un preventivo avevo preso appuntamento ma inevitabilmente c'era da attendere ovviamente quando si compra un auto si fanno tanti pensieri purtroppo il tempo è diventato più del previsto ma va bene..arriva il mio turno fatte tutte le valutazioni del caso e le varie offerte ottimo il prezzo e la gentilezza del venditore peccato che la settimana prima alla stessa concessionaria ma che vende il loro usato la valutazione della mia auto è stata maggiore di quella per un auto nuova fatto presente anche al venditore che ovvio è rimasto basito.. Cmq ognuno fa il suo interesse la cosa peggiore che il giorno dopo tramite email ricevo preventivo per la stessa auto con le stesse caratteristiche e optional dando sempre dentro il mio usato alla ford di san Bonifacio a 3mila euro in meno... Ho comprato la macchina 1 anno fa e dopo una settimana aveva il cambio rotto e da lì é iniziato un calvario... In un anno avrò portato la macchina in officina almeno 15 volte senza risultato... Il problema sempre lo stesso.... Il capo officina maleducato arrogante è altezzoso ha cercato più volte di convincermi che tutte le ford hanno il problema che ha la mia allora porto la macchina in un altra officina e mi confermano che alla new wheels mi stanno prendendo solo x il sedere... OGGI RIPORTO LA MACCHINA E IL CAPO OFFICINA DAVANTI AI CLIENTI E AL RESPONSABILE FA UNA SCENEGGIATA DICENDO CHE NON HA TEMPO DA PERDERE CON NOI E LA MIA MACCHINA NELLA SUA OFFICINA NON ENTRA PIÙ E CHE LUI HA CHIUSO XKE NON È CAPACE O FORSE NON VUOLE SISTEMARLA! Il responsabile alla fine domani porterà la mia macchina in un altra officina! io ora mi domando.... C è qualcuno che tutela i clienti come noi che purtroppo si sono fidati a comprare una macchina in un posto del genere? Soldi E tempo buttati via.... Oltre il danno, la beffa: dopo qualche settimana avrete lo stesso oppure un nuovo problema con la vostra Ford. E pensare che c'è un mondo intero con la necessità di un lavoro onesto, certa gente invece dovrebbe essere mandata diretta a casa! Auto consegnata in tempi brevi con cambio gomme e tagliando compresi. RECOMMENDED I purchased a used car in April 2018 and was followed by Francesco C, a very helpful and competent person. Minuto il venditore mi ha detto allora facciamo questo contratto....io lho guardato e gli ho detto io non compro auto senza privarle....e lui mi ha risposto una macchina che costa 40 mila euro non si può provare... allora sono uscito e sicuramente in quel posto non ci entrerò piu e oa macchina la compro al trove. Now they claim that they’ve closed practice and won’t change anymore by warranty. Besides they were unprofessional and rude with absolutely no interest to solve the problem. Pay attention on who you hire, because you’ve got an arrogant uneducated man in the front desk and a mechanic who can’t understand how the car works. After this experience we took a decision to sell our car and choose another car company.
