La nostra vettura è più in officina che a casa ed il titolare nonostante le nostre continue lamentele non si è MAI degnato di farci una chiamata per cercare di trovare una soluzione che mettesse d'accordo entrambi. Bad! They know how to sell well when one has to buy but then they disappear if there are problems. Our car is more in the workshop than at home and the owner, despite our constant complaints, has NEVER deigned to give us a call to try to find a solution that would put both of us in agreement.

Soddisfatto! I bought a Toyota from them and, unlike other dealers of the same brand in the area, the Berucco Group salesman has complied to the letter with the offer on the Toyota official website. Fulfilled!
A	Antonino Bellino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato auto usata, consegnata in condizioni pietose completamente sporca all'interno e lavata malissimo fuori, dopo un mese ho avuto un problema con l'accensione e dopo 3 volte che sono andato lì (sempre trattato come l'ultimo dei clienti visto che avevo acquista to solo un usato) mi hanno proposto di cambiare la batteria con "soli" 260 euro più iva, ma senza la certezza che poi il problema fosse risolto! Mai più acquisterò un'auto da loro. I bought used car, delivered in poor condition completely dirty inside and badly washed outside, after a month I had a problem with the ignition and after 3 times I went there (always treated like the last of the customers since I had bought only a used one) they proposed to change the battery for "only" 260 euros plus VAT, but without the certainty that the problem would be solved! I will never buy a car from them again.

Consigliatissimo I have been a customer for years and I must say that, as always, the assistance service is always at the highest levels, in this period of Covid-19 there have been some delays on the times due to various staff absences but, in the end, the work done was flawless. Abbiamo chiuso la trattativa in un lampo ed il giorno successivo avevo il denaro sul conto. Anche il servizio è stato impeccabile. Dopo la consegna del veicolo si sono disturbati a riaccompagnarmi fino a casa (non è da tutti!). Complimenti, veramente bravi, la mia prossima auto la comprerò da loro. I sold my car to the Bertucco used service and they proved to be attentive and precise. We closed the deal in a flash and the next day I had the money in my account. The service was also impeccable. After the delivery of the vehicle they bothered to take me home (not everyone!). Congratulations, really good, I will buy my next car from them.
