★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish.... I love going to music shops and do so in Australia where I live and love playing all the types of guitars and instruments in the shops. I walked into the guitar section and started to take a closer look and have a play of a guitar and got told I was not allowed to as it’s “dangerous”. There were some beautiful guitars there but don’t expect to be able to try them. Waste of time going there. Might have bought something if it not for this experience.

Customer staff are friendly, willing and professional. I’ve bought a Gibson acoustic on their on-line store asking them to crate and prepare the package for the shipment with UPS whose return service has picked up the instrument and delivered it in my town.
‘Yes we do’ were their replies to my repeated requests so from the angle of my point of view they deserve more than four stars, I’d like give them 6 stars but google don’t accomplish that.
