Ci siamo presentati con un problema, senza appuntamento, da fuori sede (veniamo da Siena) ed in pochissimo tempo hanno fatto la diagnosi tranquillizzandoci e rimettendoci in strada per tornare a casa, il tutto senza chiederci niente, solo un grazie.
Consiglio sicuramente a chi vive in zona o, come noi, ha problemi quando è a Verona.

Mi trovo benissimo con la macchina, e voglio dare 5 stelle a Christian del reparto commerciale, ottimo professionista, così come al reparto assistenza e service perchè mi hanno aggiunto l'olio al motore gratuitamente e sono stati molto veloci e cortesi.
Ci ritornerò volentieri per il tagliando annuale, anche perchè mi danno gratis un'auto sostitutiva. Ottimo servizio vendita e post-vendita.
I bought a Nissan Qashqai with automatic transmission in January 2021, at Bertucco Nissan Verona. I am very happy with the car, and I want to give 5 stars to Christian from the commercial department, an excellent professional, as well as to the assistance and service department because they added oil to the engine for free and they were very fast and courteous.
I will gladly return for the annual service, also because they give me a replacement car for free. Excellent sales and after-sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly piace, quick detective service, no waiting time. It was only a minor thing, just engine oil top up. I was only charged for the oil, no labor. They also helped with Nissan unfriendly day running light bulb replacement. (I had the part on me)
