★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente deluso da questa gioielleria. Sono un amante dei gioielli Stroili ma da quest'ultima esperienza credo proprio che cambierò target. Ho acquistato un regalo di natale per un mio familiare (un braccialetto di acciaio); approvato che il gancetto risultava difettoso nella chiusura, è stato riportato indietro con tanto di scontrino regalo. Chiesta sostituzione/riparazione del prodotto, con una inabilità totale, la commessa ha cominciato a forzare il gioiello con una pinza; gesto grottesco che non ha fatto altro che rovinare ancora di più il bracciale. Inoltre ,in seguito , la suddetta commessa ha iniziato a dire che c'erano graffi su quest'ultimo; insomma , le mie aspettative data la stima e la gioia di spendere in questa gioielleria, sono state totalmente neutralizzate da un comportamento con professionalità zero ed un assoluta mancanza di serietà. Veramente sconcertato avete perso parecchi punti.
Totally disappointed with this jewelry. I am a lover of Stroili jewels but from this last experience I really believe that I will change target. I bought a Christmas present for a family member (a steel bracelet); approved that the hook was defective in the closure, it was brought back with a gift receipt. Requested replacement / repair of the product, with a total inability, the order began to force the jewel with pliers; grotesque gesture that did nothing but ruin the bracelet even more. Also, later on, the aforementioned saleswoman started saying that there were scratches on the latter; in short, my expectations given the esteem and the joy of spending in this jewelry, have been totally neutralized by a behavior with zero professionalism and an absolute lack of seriousness. Really baffled you have lost several points.
