Dopo 14 giorni ho dovuto portare la mia perché si era opacizzata ,ho chiesto informazioni e mi hanno risposto:” ma lei usa gel per le mani?” Signori in questo periodo sfido chiunque a non farlo. Vabbè Ho richiesto la scheda tecnica e mi è stato risposto che non era possibile riceverla perché dovevamo fare una richiesta a parte per specificare il motivo (della richiesta). Ok ho chiesto come mai non mi è stata rilasciata garanzia per le fedi per certificare che fosse oro,e non mi è stato rilasciato certificato per il diamantino. Mi è stato risposto che è stata una dimenticanza della collega “ci può stare anche se non rilasciare garanzia dopo una spesa di 600 e passa euro mi sembra strano” comunque sia mi è stata fatta al momento (senza timbro e firma) e mi è stato detto che la garanzia del diamantino è lo scontrino. Comunque lascio la fede per la riparazione ,me la riconsegnano dopo circa 2 settimane. Oggi mi accorgo che la fede di mia moglie è graffiata nella parte inferiore. Da premettere che le fedi sono state acquistate il 1 giugno e portata in riparazione dopo 13 giorni. Molto molto deluso I bought some wedding rings and I spent more than 600 euros. I was told that it was a forgetfulness of my colleague "it can stay there even if you do not issue a guarantee after spending 600 euros and it seems strange to me" however it was done at the time (without stamp and signature) and said that the guarantee of the diamond is the receipt. However I leave the wedding ring for repair, they return it to me after about 2 weeks. Today I notice that my wife's wedding ring is scratched at the bottom. It should be noted that the wedding rings were purchased on June 1st and brought for repair after 13 days. Very very disappointed
