★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modifico la mia recensione. In precedenza avevo scritto circa le lunghe code in cassa e l'assenza di telefoni in offerta privi di pellicola. Sono stato contattato dal direttore del negozio che si è scusato per l'accaduto. Un gesto importante per il cliente e che non tutti avrebbero fatto. L'ho molto apprezzato.
 I edit my review. Previously I wrote about the long queues at the checkout and the absence of film-free phones on offer. I was contacted by the store manager who apologized for what happened. An important gesture for the customer and one that not everyone would have done. I really appreciated it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitate di acquistare con il servizio di consegna a domicilio. Vi sequestrano per ore (vi diranno che dovrete essere reperibili dalle 9 alle 13), poi nella giornata di consegna vi chiameranno solo per ricordarvi di rimanere sequestrati ai loro comodi (mica vi diranno "verso che ora arrivano"...), poi arrivano, si accorgono che dovevano consegnarvi due articoli (lavatrice e asciugatrice, per esempio) ma qualcuno avrà sbagliato e manca uno dei due articoli (mica hanno sbagliato loro! "Noi siamo semplici trasportatori hanno sbagliato quelli del magazzino!", (vi diranno). Così dovrete "riorganizzarvi" perché vi richiameranno dal magazzino x dirvi che la consegna è affidata a ditta esterna (?!?) ... Ci siamo messi l'anello al naso, per essere "intonati" al target quality. W l'outsourcing! W la customer satisfaction!
CONTINUAZIONE: richiamato ad inizio settimana corrente (7 febbraio, credo), mi viene riproposta consegna per sabato 12 tra le 9 e le 13, e pazientemente accetto; e invece pochi minuti fa vengo contattato da solerti ragazzine poco inclini e gentili a colloquiare telefonicamente per "impormi" la consegna dalle 13 alle 18 (sempre di sabato 12) che non ho accettato (magari perché dopo una settimana di lavoro ho organizzato il mio tempo?). Orbene, resto della mia idea e continuo a sconsigliare vivamente il servizio.
Avoid buying with the home delivery service. They kidnap you for hours (they will tell you that you will have to be available from 9 to 13), then on the day of delivery they will call you just to remind you to remain kidnapped at their convenience (they won't tell you "towards what time they arrive" ...), then they arrive , they realize that they had to deliver two items (washing machine and dryer, for example) but someone will be wrong and one of the two items is missing (they weren't wrong! "We are simple transporters, those in the warehouse are wrong!" (they will tell you). So you will have to "reorganize" because they will call you back from the warehouse to tell you that the delivery is entrusted to an external company (?!?) ... We put the ring on our nose, to be "in tune" with the target quality. W outsourcing ! W customer satisfaction!
CONTINUATION: recalled at the beginning of this week (February 7, I believe), I am offered a delivery again for Saturday 12 between 9 and 13, and I patiently accept; and instead a few minutes ago I was contacted by diligent little girls who are not inclined and kind to talk by phone to "impose" the delivery from 13 to 18 (always on Saturday 12) that I did not accept (maybe because after a week of work I organized my time ?). Well, I remain of my idea and I continue to strongly advise against the service.
