★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un truffatore mi ha venduto le lame del Bimby a 125 euro su e bay mi sono durate una settimana e si sono rotte(le precedenti erano durate 13 anni), contattato mi ha detto di spedirle indietro per poi sentirmi dire che non erano le lame che lui mi aveva venduto!
Ps. Sono andato in un negozio ufficiale Bimby le ho comprate a 75 euro originali
A scammer sold me the Thermomix blades for 125 euros on and bay they lasted me a week and broke (the previous ones had lasted 13 years), contacted he told me to send them back and then I was told that it was not the blades that he had sold me!

La folletto è stata consegnata in ottime condizioni data la mia pignoleria ma ho ricevuto in consegna la folletto piena di graffi, ammaccature e segni evidenti di noncuranza quando è stata effettuata la manutenzione. Ho chiesto almeno la gentilezza di essere sinceri perché può accadere di sbagliare ma chi di dovere ha negato. Mi fidavo del servizio e del negozio, per esperienze future, fate la foto prima di consegnare il prodotto.
I am a customer of Sdservice, reluctantly I have to report the disservice regarding a goblin delivered for maintenance. The goblin was delivered in excellent condition due to my fussiness but I received the goblin full of scratches, dents and obvious signs of carelessness when maintenance was carried out. I asked at least the kindness to be honest because it can happen to make mistakes but those in duty denied it. I trusted the service and the store, for future experiences, please take the photo before delivering the product.
