Mi ha risposto una signora molto gentile che subito si è premurata nel darmi informazioni in merito. Una volta arrivato il pacco però la misura che telefonicamente avevamo pensato fosse quella giusta, non lo era. Ho subito richiamato e prontamente la stessa persona che aveva risposto al telefono la prima volta si è resa disponibile per il cambio spiegandomi che avrebbero mandato un altro corriere e che al momento della consegna del nuovo paio di scarpe avremmo dovuto consegnare quello precedentemente inviato. Il tutto senza spese aggiuntive. Il mio ragazzo è rimasto molto soddisfatto del prodotto ed entrambi siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del servizio prestato. Consiglio vivamente questo negozio e colgo l'occasione per ringraziare ancora per la disponibilità e la gentilezza. I ordered a pair of shoes for my boyfriend and phoned the store before purchasing to make sure the size was correct. I was answered by a very kind lady who immediately took care to give me information about it. Once we arrived, however, the package measuring and by phone we thought was right, that it was not. I immediately called back and promptly the same person who had answered the phone the first time made himself available for the change, explaining that they would send another courier and that upon delivery of the new pair of shoes we would have to deliver the one previously sent. All without additional costs. My boyfriend was very satisfied with the product and we were both very satisfied with the service provided. I highly recommend this shop and I take this opportunity to thank again for the availability and kindness.

Gli ho fatto notare che le scarpe ai bordi erano rovinate di colla e mi sono fatto prendere un doppio e è a che il doppione era così e lui mi ha chiesto che cosa c era che non andava e io gli ho mostrato che c'era la colla e lui in maniera sgarbata mi dice Signora é normale la. Colla sulla scarpa... Certo è normale una calzatura rovinata... Comunque le calzatura a parte le Cult nulla di che... The shoes are nice, but the salesman really rude ...
