Del matrimonio mi hanno venduto una fede in oro giallo e una in oro rosa (me ne sono accorta dopo essermi sposata e ho dovuto far ribenedire l’anello). A inizio Dicembre di quest’anno ho portato un ciondolo Chantecler che si era rovinato dopo appena due mesi dal suo acquisto,ho aspettato bene 4 mesi per la sua riparazione e la gioielleria mi ha fatto pagare 50 euro di spese di spedizione di andata e ritorno del ciondolo. Sono stati poco corretti a non informarmi prima del suo invio e visto che il ciondolo era in garanzia perché dovevo pagare le spese di spedizione?non mi è MAI successo in nessun’altra gioielleria,ovviamente il personale di vendita non mi ha saputo fornire adeguate e corrette giustificazioni se non quella di contattare l’azienda Chantecler che sicuramente farò. I am based in the UK so was a bit unsure about purchasing a high value item from overseas. They patiently answered many questions I had about the watch, made me comfortable that everything was order and were comfortable showing me photos of the various documents. When the watch arrived, there was a slight issue with one of the documents which OT promptly resolved at their expense. The watch was very well wrapped and presented when it arrived, adding to the experience, and was in the condition described (new). They also told me they were not listed as an Authorsed Dealer on the Breitling website anymore as they had not recently chosen not to renew their AD status with Breitling, but their remaining stock would have the manufacturers warranty honoured by Breitling. I was a bit unsure about this but checked it with Breitling who confirmed it was correct. I have since taken my watch in and they have confirmed all is in order. All in all it was a great experience buying from Oreste Troso, I got the watch for an excellent price and was very pleased with their service. You can buy with confidence from them, based on my experience.
