Nonostante mi fossi recata in negozio per effettuare un cambio in un giorno della settimana in cui non era previsto sono stata accontentata ugualmente dopo aver (giustamente) atteso il mio turno e che nel locale non ci fosse troppa gente. Ringrazio ancora tanto per la comprensione e per la disponibilità il ragazzo che mi ha servita. Very courteous and helpful staff. Although I went to the store for making a change on a day of the week when it was not expected I was satisfied anyway after having (rightly) waited for my turn and that there were not too many people in the room. I still thank the guy who served me so much for his understanding and availability.

Dopo un mese mi chiamano ( avevano detto una settimana) per passare a ritirare. Mi reco in negozio e iniziano ad insinuare che avessi usato gli orecchini ( mai usati)…a sto punto devo credere che usino loro la roba e poi la rivendano… NON TORNERÒ MAI PIÙ. Il commesso piccoletto bruno e ricciolino dovrebbe capire che lavora in una bigiotteria di lusso…le gioiellerie sono ben altre…fly down…il mio orologio costa più della tua macchina… I buy a pair of earrings for Valentine's Day, as the color is not available, I take another one with the agreement that they would have ordered them and then we would have made a change.
