Mi sono recata in questo store per effettuare il cambio di un articolo regalatomi, esibendo lo scontrino mediante foto su cellulare, dove si leggeva chiaramente ogni singolo codice che sarebbe potuto servire a risalire allo scontrino originale. Raggirata con mille scuse e false moine, trattata con tracotanza dalla responsabile che millantava eventuali multe da una non precisata entità punitiva per la mancanza del cartaceo non mi hanno cambiato il prodotto. Morale della favola preferisco acquistare on line o in altri store, l'importante è che non mi debba scontrare di ancora con l'inesperienza e la poco collaborazione della responsabile e dello staff di questo punto vendita! Bad experience due to inadequate staff. I went to this store to exchange an item given to me, showing the receipt through a photo on a mobile phone, where every single code that could have been used to trace the original receipt was clearly read. Circumvented with a thousand apologies and false statements, treated with arrogance by the manager who boasted any fines from an unspecified punitive entity for the lack of paper they did not change the product. The moral of the story I prefer to buy online or in other stores, the important thing is that I don't have to clash again with the inexperience and the little collaboration of the manager and staff of this store!

Mi sono recata in negozio due volte e in entrambe i casi non ho potuto acquistare nulla proprio perché non sono mai stata servita. Molto più professionale e gentile la commessa di Intimissimi Uomo. Well stocked shop but not at all helpful and courteous. I went to the shop twice and in both cases I couldn't buy anything because I was never served. The Intimissimi Uomo saleswoman is much more professional and kind.

Una ragazza molto giovane messa a fare le confezioni regalo di Natale senza cura nè passione. Deludenti le confezioni regalo (inesistenti) e questo per scelta della direzione che per risparmiare ha sostituito le belle ed eleganti confezioni bianche in cartoncino rigido con una misera carta stile "tezenis". Ma il peggio sono due delle commesse (una con capelli corti e neri) che non sanno cosa sia essere tali, scortesi con le clienti che devono elemosinare un poco di velina per confezionare decentemente i regali. Non mancherà una mail alla Direzione che dovrebbe selezionare meglio il personale. If there were 0 stars I would have no doubts. Lecce shop in the center with two thrilling orders. A very young girl made Christmas gift boxes without care or passion. The gift boxes (nonexistent) are disappointing and this is due to the choice of the management who, to save money, has replaced the beautiful and elegant white rigid cardboard boxes with a poor "tezenis" style paper. But the worst are two of the shop assistants (one with short black hair) who don't know what it is to be, rude to customers who have to beg for a little tissue to pack the gifts decently. There will be an email to the Management who should better select the staff.

Ci tornerò sicuramente perché mi sono sentita a mio agio e sono stata consigliata nei miei acquisti in maniera fantastica. Ci sono stata per cambiare un articolo regalatomi a Natale e acquistato al negozio del centro Mongolfiera di Surbo. Prima di andare a Lecce per il cambio, avevo provato ad andare a Surbo, ma ero rimasta shockata dall'acredine e dalla maleducazione delle addette alla vendita. Store stocked, competent, easy-going and helpful staff. I will definitely be back because I felt at ease and was advised in my purchases in a fantastic way. I went there to change an item given to me at Christmas and bought at the shop in the Mongolfiera di Surbo center. Before going to Lecce for the change, I tried to go to Surbo, but I was shocked by the bitterness and rudeness of the sales staff.

Arrogant and incompetent staff, anti-contagion rules invented at the moment and waiting times outside, all crowded, extremely long.

Differenza invece dalla parte uomo che sono bravissime! Date opportunità lavorative a chi merita,non a gente così! Bad orders, absolutely NOT AVAILABLE, they don't even look good when you ask them if there is a product or not. Difference instead from the man part that they are very good! Give job opportunities to those who deserve it, not to people like that!

Non potevo chiedere un'assistenza all'acquisto migliore, sono di brindisi ma tornerei a Lecce solo per la qualità del servizio. Continuate così ragazze, comprare intimo con voi mette davvero a proprio agio, oltre a ricevere ottimi consigli ;) Ask for Grace! Very kind saleswoman as well as very competent and really nice, no insistence on selling, present and discreet at the same time. I could not ask for a better purchase assistance, I am in a toast but I would return to Lecce only for the quality of the service. Keep it up girls, buying underwear with you really puts you at ease, as well as getting great advice;)
