Sono stata sgridata come se fossi una bambina, perché per odorare un profumo aperto per mostra, mi sono abbassata la mascherina. Come se non bastasse continuava a blaterare e bacchettare che avrei dovuto chiedere a lei. Siamo usciti immediatamente con la certezza di non entrarci mai più.
Salespeople, one in particular, rude at maximum power. We will never set foot in there again. I was scolded as if I were a child, because in order to smell a perfume open for display, I lowered my mask. As if that weren't enough, she kept babbling and whipping up that I should have asked her. We left immediately with the certainty of never entering it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato, una commessa in particolare scortese e arrogante che mi ha servita con poca professionalità esprimendo un evidente fastidio alle domande che ponevo e con risposte sarcastiche di poco gusto, ovviamente il tutto davanti a gente lì vicino che si girava per guardare. Sono andata via umiliata, non si lavora così.. Cliente fissa da anni ma non ci metterò mai più piede.
Rude staff, a particularly rude and arrogant saleswoman who served me with little professionalism by expressing an obvious annoyance to the questions I asked and with sarcastic answers of little taste, obviously all in front of people nearby who turned to look. I left humiliated, we don't work like this .. A regular client for years but I will never set foot there again.

Sono stata domenica pomeriggio, 20 febbraio. Le commesse sono state gentilissime e molto disponibili nel provare i vari tester e anche a gestire la clientela (che al momento dell'entrare deve esibire il green pass).
Come sempre SEPHORA una GARANZIA IN TUTTO.

I was on Sunday afternoon, February 20th. The orders were very kind and very helpful in trying the various testers and also in managing the customers (who must show the green pass upon entering).
As always SEPHORA a GUARANTEE IN EVERYTHING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very disappointed on the color selection they have for dark skin (black women). You have to order online or head to Rome or Malino to find your color. Not even bari (the next big city over) carry the colors for dark skinned women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is by far the WORST Sephora I have visited around he world and has put me off shopping with Sephora. The store itself is fine as are the products - the staff on the other hand are awful, rude and terrible representatives of Sephora.
Be warned, they are not customer friendly and are anti-children. Boo to you Sephora, two thumbs down (if I could have left 0 stars, I would have, 1 is generous).
