★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo venuti a fare un cambio di una valigia dal costo di 120€, la responsabile ci ha riferito che attualmente c’era il Black friday ma che avremmo dovuto comunque pagare tutto a prezzo pieno. Gli ho spiegato il mio disappunto e la gentilissima responsabile se n’è uscita con la splendida frase: “se non vuoi cacciare i soldi in più, io che ci posso fare”.
Ripetuta all’incirca 7 volte.
Tra l’altro il cambio si può fare massimo in una settimana.
Sulla busta del negozio ci sono scritte Marche che nemmeno hanno in negozio. Non forniscono nemmeno la busta originale di quel determinato marchio.
La maleducazione regna sovrana. Forse la signora non conosce il detto “il cliente ha sempre ragione”.
Se non approvo una determinata vostra politica, ci sono modi e modi per spiegare le cose non si fa con l’arroganza e la presunzione che vi hanno contraddistinti.
Una borsa di un determinato marchio non si vende senza shopper o busta originale perché sono quelli che compravano l’originalità del prodotto.
A parte questo sconsiglio vivamente di recarvi in quest’ultimo poiché a parte l’arroganza, la maleducazione e l’ignoranza hanno pochissimi brand e quelli che hanno, sono completamente datati.
Imparate a relazionarvi con il pubblico perché se non foste in un centro commerciale, avreste già fallito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia esperienza al negozio Gibags al Auchan di Giugliano non e stata molto piacevole. Il 15 novembre ho acquistato una pochette di Versace al prezzo di 104 euro. Visto che stessa sera stavo in partenza ho comprato la pochette di fretta senza guardarla aprendola al aeroporto me ne sono accorta che ha un piccolo diffeto che però si nota. Sono tornata a Napoli dopo nemmeno un mese proprio per cambiare la borsa e mi hanno detto che non e possibile. Ho la foto che mostra il diffetto e anche un scontrino. Se non mi sbaglio la legge dice che un prodotto può essere cambiato dopo 1 mese.
