Incuriosito mi sono recato anch'io e sono rimasto affascinato. Sono un avvocato e dopo tanti anni e soldi buttati a comprare scarpe di marca esose ho trovato finalmente un artigianato made in Italy di valore. L'odore di pelle si sente prima ancora di entrare nel negozio e i prezzi sono super accessibili. Ottimo negozio. My son got married in September and got a custom pair of wedding shoes made. Intrigued, I went too and I was fascinated. I am a lawyer and after so many years and money wasted buying expensive brand shoes I have finally found a value made in Italy craftsmanship. The smell of leather can be felt before you even enter the store and the prices are super affordable. Great shop.

Appena arrivati ho notato che gli stivali bianchi avevano delle righine rosse sull'elastico, ho subito mandato foto su whatsapp e email, chiedendo se la loro procedura prevedesse in questo caso un rimborso o il reso. Nonostante abbiano visualizzato su whatsapp la mia richiesta per fare il reso non si degnano neanche di rispondere. Ho mandato mail e idem nessuna risposta, ho chiamato al numero telefonico e non risponde nessuno, finchè non scatta la segreteria che informa di lasciare un messaggio o scrivere su whatsapp o mandare mail (a cui non vi risponderà nessuno). Di una scorrettezza e mancanza di professionalità unica, mi domando solo come possa ancora essere aperto un negozio del genere. SCONSIGLIO A CHIUNQUE DI COMPRARE PERCHè SE AVETE PROBLEMI VI POTETE TRANQUILLAMENTE ATTACCARE. Absolutely not recommended, I would give zero stars. Li ho contattati, ma non hanno minimamente pensato di gestire la situazione dicendo che non é colpa loro perché erano intere al momento della spedizione. Poi più nulla. Mi reco al negozio per chiedere chiarimenti e magari il reso…. Loro mi rispondono: Non è possibile effettuare il reso perché le scarpe sono usate. Ora mi verrebbe da chiedere se le scarpe possono rompersi anche solo guardandole o se è normale ritrovarsele così dopo 8 giorni di utilizzo. DELUSIONE. Professionalism is not one of their qualities ... I buy a pair of shoes in early April, after putting them on for 7/8 days they self-destruct inside. I go to the shop to ask for clarification and maybe the return…. They answer me: It is not possible to return because the shoes are used.
