Persone gentili e sopratutto sincere perché mi hanno avvisato telefonicamente che il colore del prodotto che avevo selezionato non era più disponibile e ne avrei dovuto scegliere un altro

Ho acquistato da voi un bellissimo snapback personalizzato, prodotto veramente rifinito e di altà qualità.
Purtroppo nell'ordine era previsto una personalizzazione "frontale" e una "laterale", arrivato il prodotto noto l'assenza di quella laterale!
Provo a contattare la vostra email non una, non due, non tre , ma ben quattro volte (se la memoria non mi inganna) senza ricevere nessun tipo di assistenza. Non ricevendo risposte provo canali social (instagram) ma vengo altamente ignorato.
Ripeto, a me piace moltissimo il cappello e questa recensione è solamente a puro scopo costruttivo. Buon lavoro

I bought from you a beautiful personalized snapback, truly finished and high quality product.
Unfortunately, the order included a "front" and a "side" customization, when the product arrived, I notice the absence of the side one!
I try to contact your email not once, not twice, not three, but four times (if my memory serves me right) without receiving any kind of assistance. Not receiving replies I try social channels (instagram) but I am highly ignored.
Again, I really like the hat and this review is purely for constructive purposes. good job

Faccio un ordie a fine Novembre, il quale doveva essere un regalo di Natale, e non avendo ricevuto la mail di conferma d'ordine neanche nello Spam, contatto l'azienda per la conferma e assicurarmi che il regalo lo riceverò per tempo. Mi risponde una ragazzina, dandomi del tu e prendendo i miei dati, mi dice che mi avrebbe ricontattao qualcuno per conferma, perchè lei non sapeva rispondermi. Da lì il nulla. Mi arriva il pacco intorno al 20 di Dicembre e ovviamente lo respingo, in quanto non avendo ricevuto risposta, ero sicura che la richiesta dell'ordine non fosse mai arrivato a loro e mi sono rivolta altrove. Dalla settimana seguente ad oggi, mi chiamano un giorno sì e l'altro pure per dirmi di ritirare il pacco. Il tutto è assurdo!!! Personale maleducato e insistente. Se avete pochi ordini, non vi accanite con i clienti senza dare neanche il servizio. Se aveste risposto per tempo, il pacco lo avrei ritirato. Organizzatevi meglio!
If there was a score of -10 I would put it right away. I make an order at the end of November, which was supposed to be a Christmas present, and having not received the order confirmation email even in Spam, I contact the company for confirmation and make sure that I will receive the gift in time. A little girl replies, giving me the you and taking my data, she tells me that she would contact someone to confirm, because she did not know how to answer me. From there, nothing. The package arrives around December 20th and obviously I reject it, as having not received a reply, I was sure that the order request had never reached them and I turned elsewhere. From the following week to today, they call me every other day as well to tell me to collect the package. The whole thing is absurd !!! Rude and pushy staff. If you have a few orders, don't get mad at customers without even giving the service. If you had answered in time, I would have picked up the package. Get organized better!

Regalo acquistato il 14 Aprile, ancora oggi nessuna traccia nè del pacco nè di uno di loro. NESSUNA RISPOSTA ALLE MAIL, NESSUNA RISPOSTA AL TELEFONO, NESSUNA RISPOSTA ALLA PEC!!!!!!
Mai più ripeterò una esperienza simile e invito tutti a non acquistare perchè è una truffa.

Gift purchased on April 14, still no trace of the package or one of them. NO ANSWER TO MAIL, NO ANSWER TO THE PHONE, NO ANSWER TO PEC !!!!!!
Never again will I repeat a similar experience and I invite everyone not to buy because it is a scam.

I placed a purchase order for a backpack on 03/29/21 but unfortunately I never received anything. I tried to contact the shop several times by email and telephone contact but I never received any answers, in a nutshell they scammed me !!
