★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potrebbe essere uno dei migliori bar di Napoli.
“Potrebbe” perché le classifiche servono a poco in un campo in cui ciascuno ha un proprio gusto, ma qualche buona ragione per ritenerlo un piccolo tempio del caffè c’è:
1) i fratelli Gianni ed Alessandro sono figli d’arte: prima di loro, dal 1964 circa, ci sono stati altri due fratelli Cestaro, maestri da cui la seconda generazione ha saputo imparare tutto;
2) la perizia tecnica. Qualcuno potrebbe dire che la loro miscela (Kenon da una vita) non sia la più pregiata, ma questo non è un bar di specialty coffee: questo è un bar di tradizione napoletana dove all’aroma dell’Arabica si deve sempre accompagnare il “punch”, il corpo della Robusta. E Gianni ed Alessandro sanno preparare il caffè alla perfezione: per loro i chicchi, il macinacaffè e la macchina non hanno segreti;
3) il loro caffè può essere definito “una cioccolata”. Espressione con la quale a Napoli si intende quell’equilibrio perfetto tra l’acido dell’Arabica e il tostato nerboruto della Robusta. Niente bruciato, niente fetenzie: questo caffè è un piccolo capolavoro di rotondità, dal sapore persistente e senza retrogusti sgraditi;
4) l’estrema pulizia del locale e dei macchinari. Fate caso ai particolari nei bar che frequentate e vedrete quanto è raro trovare un bar davvero pulito.
It could be one of the best bars in Naples.
"It could" because the rankings are of little use in a field where everyone has their own taste, but there are some good reasons to consider it a small temple of coffee:
1) the brothers Gianni and Alessandro are children of art: before them, from around 1964, there were two other Cestaro brothers, masters from whom the second generation was able to learn everything;
2) the technical expertise. Some might say that their blend (Kenon for a lifetime) is not the finest, but this is not a specialty coffee bar: this is a traditional Neapolitan bar where the aroma of Arabica must always be accompanied by the "punch ”, The body of the Robusta. And Gianni and Alessandro know how to prepare coffee to perfection: for them the beans, the coffee grinder and the machine have no secrets;
3) their coffee can be defined as "a chocolate". Expression by which in Naples we mean that perfect balance between the acid of Arabica and the sinewy toasted of Robusta. Nothing burnt, no fetenzie: this coffee is a small masterpiece of roundness, with a persistent flavor and no unwelcome aftertaste;
4) the extreme cleanliness of the premises and machinery. Pay attention to the details in the bars you frequent and you will see how rare it is to find a really clean bar.

Quando entri nel bar di Alessandro e Alessandra ti tuffi in un'atmosfera di serenità e cordialità inizi una giornata o la continui con una carica positiva.
riconciliati e leggeri, lasciamo fuori la porta tutti i nostri affanni, che senza piu' padrone scorrazzano liberi fino a perdersi. Cosicché resti in quella magia per lungo tempo ancora. Da loro non prendi solo un'ottima caffè ma anche una carica vitale che ti elimina ogni affanno. Grazie ragazzi da voi l'eterna canzone " ah che bellu ccafe', sulle a Napule o' stanne fa" prende corpo e da vita.
