Metto due stelle per l'ultimo acquisto fatto, in quanto mi è stata data una borsa (era nella sezione saldi) scucita. Il problema sta nel fatto che, dopo averla comprata, 5 minuti dopo mi rendo conto di questa cosa e decido di tornare indietro per cambiarla o eventualmente avere soldi, ma la commessa non ha voluto fare il reso sostenendo che l'azienda non lo permettesse (COSA FALSA IN QUANTO È PROIBITO DALLA LEGGE E INOLTRE SUL SITO CARPISA È POSSIBILE AVERE I SOLDI INDIETRO). Alla fine nonostante dicessero che altre borse non ci fossero, non volendo nemmeno dare i soldi indietro e quasi costringendomi per forza a cambiare colore, una ragazza va in magazzino e magicamente ne fa uscire un'altra come l'avevo già comprata, integra. A quel punto l'ho presa e va benissimo, ma non ci si comporta così. Il reso dei soldi va fatto, e ho notato il movimento del "lasciala perdere" tra due di loro. Non comprerò più da voi.
Articles substantially good, I have always bought this store. I put two stars for the last purchase made, as I was given a bag (it was in the sales section) unstitched. The problem lies in the fact that, after buying it, 5 minutes later I realize this and I decide to go back to change it or possibly have money, but the clerk did not want to return, claiming that the company did not allow it ( WHAT FALSE AS IS PROHIBITED BY LAW AND ALSO ON THE CARPISA WEBSITE IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE MONEY BACK). In the end despite saying that other bags were not there, not even wanting to give money back and almost forcing me to change color, a girl goes into storage and magically brings out another one as I had already bought, intact. At that point I took it and it's fine, but it does not behave like that. The return of the money must be done, and I noticed the movement of "let it go" between two of them. I will not buy from you anymore.

I am amazed at how such an important brand can have such low-level orders and a manager. My experience was completely bad. I will not buy anything from them anymore.
