★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le commesse sono sempre molto antipatiche, sembrano infastidite. Questo all' Apicella Auchan di Giugliano in Campania. Mi sono trovata male, poi ultimamente l ho trovato poco fornito, modelli tutti uguali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisto due paia di scarpe, un paio Polo e uno Blauer.
Le Blauer dopo indossate per la prima volta si presentano delle macchie sul tessuto tecnico.
Siamo stati in questo negozio di calzature se così va definito per esporre la problematica, la commessa si riserva di chiedere all'azienda e ci faceva sapere lasciandoci un buono per sostituzione.
Dopo circa 2 gg siamo stati contattati telefonicamente dicedo che potevamo recarci presso il punto vendita.
Recati al negozio la commessa ci comunica che è possibile sostituire con quelle invernali e no i nuovi arrivi, io comunico alla stessa che essendo un difetto di fabbrica e non sostituisco per errato numero o altro darò differenza e prendo un'altro paio sempre Blauer.
La commessa contatta il Titolare di questo negozio e lui gli conferma che posso scegliere solo su quei due esposti e che a vista d'occhio per me erano musei e riferiva che nel suo negozio comanda lui.....
Sul fatto che comanda lui nel suo negozio non ho dubbi, ma credo che la legge va letta bene..... Fortunatamente sopratutto sul fiscale siamo coperti avendo familiari nella GDF.
Per il momento il paio difettato l'ho lasciato li per poi capire se vanno sostituite con altro sempre di marchio Blauer oppure no.

For the moment, I have left the pair defective and then understand if they should be replaced with another brand of Blauer or not.

Sono anni che acquisto da apicella e mi sono trovato sempre bene .debbo dire sinceramente che le ragazze sono molto simpatiche e disponibili .
Purtroppo unica pecca .... l’abbigliamento del personale , e un peccato vedere queste ragazze con questi grembiuli sembra che lavorino in un ristorante .
Consigliò di vise come prima ...... l’immagine è importante ....

avrei speso 180€ Ma dopo le smorfie delle sopra citate sono andata via con molto piacere.
Nice shop, but not polite shop assistants.
