★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stato cliente del negozio di Giugliano in campania, fermo restando la gentilezza del personale, il materiale e la qualità delle scarpe è davvero poca cosa, lo dico perchè non è stata la prima volta che ho acquistato da loro e che le scarpe si siano rotte dopo poco! Ultimo acquisto fatto il 26 luglio scorso e dopo 8/10 giorni di uso anche non continuativo,le scarpe si sono ROTTE. Ho contattato la responsabile che mi ha consigliato di rivolgermi al servizio clienti per il disagio subito. Il servizio clienti dopo due ,mail non si è degnato neanche di rispondere.Questa è una TOTALE mancanza di serietà oltre che di una assistenza clienti INESISTENTE !. OVVIAMENTE non sarò più cliente della succitata TATA. Se questi sono i comportamenti lascio a Voi le conclusioni. CHE DELUSIONE!!!!!!!!
I was a customer of the Giugliano shop in Campania, without prejudice to the kindness of the staff, the material and the quality of the shoes is very little, I say this because it was not the first time I bought from them and that the shoes are broken after a while! Last purchase made on July 26 and after 8/10 days of use, even if not continuously, the shoes broke. I contacted the manager who advised me to contact customer service for the inconvenience immediately. The customer service after two mails did not even deign to answer.This is a TOTAL lack of seriousness as well as a NON-EXISTING customer support!. OBVIOUSLY I will no longer be a customer of the aforementioned TATA. If these are the behaviors I leave the conclusions to you. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio inserito in un Centro Commerciale di discreta importanza. Di per sé il locale non è tanto grande ma riesce ad essere sfruttato in ogni suo centimetro di esposizione. Buoni i prezzi con un binomio di qualità assai soddisfacente. La cosa più importante che ho constatato è stata la gentilezza e la qualità professionale del personale addetto alla vendita. Bravissimi e convincenti.
