★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idea geniale tutta da scoprire il gelato alla piastra, nel mio vagabondare per il mondo in 34 anni non l'ho mai ritrovato in nessun altro posto.. senza togliere il fatto che il gelato qua é proprio buono anche mangiato normalmente!!
 Brilliant idea to discover grilled ice cream, in my wandering around the world in 34 years I never found it in any other place .. without taking away the fact that the ice cream here is really good even eaten normally !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe schon viel Eis in meinem Leben gegessen. Wirklich sehr viel Eis :-).....auch in Venedig oder in Rom. Und dieses Eis kann locker mit den Besten mithalten. Die Eisdiele ist unscheinbar und ich habe sie eher zufällig entdeckt. Ein echter Geheimtipp.
I've eaten a lot of ice cream in my life. Really a lot of ice: -) ..... also in Venice or Rome. And this ice cream can easily keep up with the best. The ice cream parlor is nondescript and I discovered it by accident. A real insider tip.

The place where I always go when I don't just want a gelatino, but a plate of gelatone complete with toppings and toppings. Very wide choice of combinations of ice creams and delicious additions, ideal for sins of gluttony.

Excellent ice cream shop the ice cream is very very good especially pistachio which is exceptional plus if you choose a cone you will find yourself in your hand not just a simple ice cream but a real work of art a beautiful rose beautiful to look at and even better to eat

Little known fact - most of the gelato machines in the US come from Bologna.
Littler known fact - most of the gelato in Bologna is *ridonculously* good.
(Yes. "Most". Not "All". As always, sample before buying - and if you get little crystals of ice, flee)
Anyhow, this is one of the new gelaterie popping up all over Bologna, and, as with most of those, it is pretty damn good. You've got most of the usual flavors, but, in addition, there are a couple that are worth the trip. "Pure chocolate" is one of them - it's deep, rich, unctuous, and has little chunks of even deeper richer and unctuouser chocolate embedded in it.
It's really that good...
