★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent home made gelato!
The peach gelato was simply amazing. I was able to taste all the different parts of the peach: from the slightly bitter skin, to the sweet flesh, to the lighter flavoured areas near the stone. It all came through and left me feeling like I had just eaten the best peach ever.
The lemon was great, the sour cherry was the right mix of sour vanilla and sweet cherry, and the Ferrero Rocher was just omg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. I have been to Sicily and had local ice cream in Ortigia, and this ice cream shop actually compares to the Sicilian standard. I tried the hazelnut/nocciola cremola and it was like heaven in a mouthful. Locally owned gelato and very nice owners, I highly recommend this if you want a local and authentic experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste is okay, far from the best but not one of the worst. Small serving for the price tho! Seeing a lot of praise for the pistacchio and nocciola but we had a far better one in Ravenna, La Stazione del Gelato!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Granita! After walking all afternoon, we saw a bench Outside and sat down. After seeing the cute shop, I wanted something light and hopefully refreshing. Try the peach Granita. It is like the ripest, juiciest peach had been frozen and turned into a sherbet. I will return next time I am in Bologna!
