Hago mención sobre todo de Paolo quien supo explicarme todo lo que necesitaba para el CUP, incluso teniendo un sistema y una red de internet con fallas. Si necesitan algo de una farmacia no duden en venir aquí, pues saldrán satisfechos y con ganas de volver.
In this pharmacy the attention is particularly special, and I want to highlight the patience and diligence with which we were treated. I especially mention Paolo who knew how to explain everything I needed for the CUP, even having a system and an internet network with failures. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in farmacia per due motivi, uno era ritirare il contenitore sterile per l'esame delle urine, nonostante la mia richiesta fosse specifica, il contenitore che mi hanno dato non era idoneo e mi è stato rifiutato dalla USL e in più mi è stato fatto pagare 1,00 euro quando il contenitore fornito dalla USL è gratuito. Non tornerò più in questa farmacia.
I went to the pharmacy for two reasons, one was to collect the sterile container for urinalysis, although my request was specific, the container they gave me was not suitable and I was refused by the USL and in addition I was was charged 1.00 euro when the container provided by the USL is free. I will never go back to this pharmacy.
