Ogni volta che entro, sono accolta con un bel sorriso da parte di tutti e mi sento davvero a casa. Ma soprattutto sono bravi e professionali. L’ hanno voluta tenere una settimana per usarla e poi mi hanno risposto che per loro funzionava, dicendomi poi che come salone non possono fare troppe sostituzioni. Zero assistenza e sostegno da parte dei due titolari. I bought a GHD plate, still under warranty, not working, I asked him to be able to have it replaced. They wanted to keep it for a week to use it and then they replied that it worked for them, then telling me that as a salon they can't make too many replacements. Zero assistance and support from the two owners.
