Mi hanno posizionato dei pezzi visibilmente difettosi davanti alla porta, avevo chiesto di toglierli nel momento della posa, ma non c'era verso, non si poteva commentare nulla. Dopo alcuni colleghi si sono resi conto che c'era proprio un buco e l'hanno fatto stuccare. Il risultato è PESSIMO e lo vedo tutti i giorni! avevano promesso di tornare più avanti a sistemare, ma....non si sono mai più visti. Se mi vendi un prodotto almeno i pezzi con i buchi li devi togliere, io l'ho pagato a prezzo INTERO. Quando volete venire a sistemare il mio parquet?
Aesthetically beautiful material, we spread a merciful veil on the way the parquet was laid. They placed visibly defective pieces for me in front of the door, I had asked to remove them at the moment of installation, but there was no way, nothing could be commented on. After some colleagues realized that there was indeed a hole and they had it plastered. The result is BAD and I see it every day! they had promised to come back later to fix, but .... they never saw each other again. If you sell me a product, at least the pieces with holes have to be removed, I paid the FULL price. When would you like to come and fix my parquet?
