★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nightmare... Lady in the reception told me to come after 1 hour because of the line and after one hour she told me to wait 45 minutes more. At the end I left the place unfortunately I didn't get a haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the one in Romolo. The hairdresser was rude and unprofessional. He kept making fun of me cause I didn't speak Italian and it took him 30 mins to finish as he spent 20 mins just complaining to other customers why I didn't speak Italian. He even screamed at me as I was trying to tell him "make it shorter from the sides". He also ruined my hair and my beard. NEVER AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very talented hairdressers, affordable prices and a quick and nice service. The only thing to take into consideration is that you cannot make a reservation - there is a waiting list where you should write your name and wait your turn (usually around 20 min)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and really quick in giving an haircut since have a lot of people waiting always. They don’t take pre-booking, so plan to be there, register your name in the list, go for a coffee and your turn would be ready. Note: if you don’t speak Italian, be prepared to explain the haircut you need with a photo or an explanation with google translate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only have I explained the type of haircut i wanted, i also showed some specific pictures and the result was miles off the desired. Very inexperienced young barber full of confidence, honestly he just made a mess. For 15€ (shampoo included) hopeless future if a change in the staff is not made. Would not recommend.
