Per correttezza li contatto telefonicamente alle ore 14 per avvisare del ritardo , causa imprevisto personale (come voi anche i clienti lavorano e magari devono prendere ore di permesso in modo da porter combinare i vari impegni). Ritardo di circa 15/20minuti; mi viene risposto con modi poco cortesi che il mio appuntamento era stato cancellato causa mio ritardo! Ci tengo a complimentarmi per la cura del cliente e la grande disponibilità! P.S. risolto in giornata presso “RUOTA SPORT” Marco After booking the appointment for a summer tire change (purchased from you in July 2019; € 750) about a month ago on December 18 at 2.30 pm. To be fair, I contact them by phone at 2 pm to advise of the delay, due to unexpected personal circumstances (like you, too, the customers work and maybe they must take hours of leave in order to combine the various commitments). Delay of about 15/20 minutes; I am replied in an unkind way that my appointment was canceled due to my delay! I want to congratulate you on customer care and great availability! Sempre disponibili a risolvere problemi immediati che possano occorrere alle nostre gomme. Very efficient, well organized in replacing the tires stored in storage at the change of season. Fast and professional, tire replacement in less than half an hour, obviously by appointment, like me avoid reaching the end of the season or having an appointment is hard. Rapidissimi nel reperire le gomme nei magazzini centrali. Prezzi normali, non fanno sconti eccezionali. This tire dealer is part of the historic shops in Milan. It is small but full of experience. Always kind and helpful. Very fast in finding the tires in the central warehouses. Normal prices, they don't make great discounts.
