Un ringraziamento in particolare va alla dottoressa Becattini una donna dalla grande professionalità e umanità sempre presente a tutte le 1000 domande poste durante questo percorso mi ha dato la serenità e la forza di andare avanti grazie alla sua empatia mi sono sentita protetta e sempre accompagnata in tutte le fasi del percorso. Ringrazio in particolare anche l'infermiera e l'anestesista che al momento del Pic nonostante il mio nervosismo sono riuscite a mettermi a mio agio e a strapparmi anche un sorriso... Grazie alla biologa che mi tiene costantemente sull'andamento dei miei piccoli embrioni. Questo centro è il migliore per l'armonia per la professionalità e per l'amore che tu tti mettono nel loro lavoro... Potrei scrivere un libro su quante cose avrei da dire in merito alla mia esperienza che è stata straordinaria... Ma adesso mi preparo per il transfert ... La dott.ssa Toccafondi è bravissima, molto preparata, professionale e assolutamente scrupolosa. Il servizio di prenotazione è impeccabile e la cordialità assicurata. Non solo non sono pronte, ma il personale non ci dà spiegazioni se non tentando di dare la colpa al laboratorio che fa le analisi per loro (a Careggi), davvero poco professionali visto che noi abbiamo parlato con futura e non coi loro fornitori. Rimandiamo le ferie per poter posticipare l'ecografia, nei giorni successivi futura continua a non darci notizie, nonostante avessimo insistito per averne e avessero presente il disagio che avevano creato. Chiamiamo quindi il laboratorio di Careggi, che ci dice che il sangue futura lo aveva mandato in ritardo, e che le analisi comunque sono pronte semplicemente Futura non le ha ritirate. Se non avessimo seguito la cosa noi stessi, avremmo probabilmente perso anche il secondo appuntamento e dovuto rimandare ulteriormente le ferie. Visita ginecologica, mammografia e ecografia fatte in modo accurato senza trascurare nulla. La dr.ssa Pontello per la visita ginecologica e la dr.ssa Toccafondi per la visita senologica davvero bravissime e molto carine.
