Massimo che è il MASSIMO in tutto

Avevo bisogno urgentemente della radiografia al polso, ho letto su internet che non ci vuole nemmeno prenotazione, sono arrivata nella clinica, fatto la fila e nemmeno non hanno fatto una briga per farmi prenotare, quando chiamato per prenotare non rispondevono quasi mezzo ora. Bruttissima esperienza, preferisco rivolgersi come di solito al Centro Morrone.
Unfriendly staff. I urgently needed the X-ray on my wrist, I read on the internet that it doesn't even take a reservation, I arrived at the clinic, queued and they didn't even bother to make me book, when called to book they didn't answer almost half an hour. Bad experience, I prefer to contact the Morrone Center as usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato presso questa struttura e in particolare con la dott.ssa Romano, perché mi avevano detto competente. Ho trovato una persona fredda, arrogante, non mi ha dato nessun tipo di spiegazione, mentre scriveva a mano il referto ( una ecografia alla mammella), non ha mai alzato la testa per dirmi una parola, mi ha mandato fuori, dicendo che la segretaria avrebbe battuto al computer il tutto. Vorrei dare un consiglio a questo " medico" ... cerchi di essere più umana, a volte basta un sorriso per tranquillizzare una persona. Si dimentica spesso del giuramento di Ippocrate ma si ricorda sempre di pregare per il dio denaro!!! Sconsigliatissimo
I booked at this facility and in particular with Dr. Romano, because I was told competent. I found a cold, arrogant person, he did not give me any explanation, while he was writing the report by hand (an ultrasound scan on the breast), he never raised his head to say a word to me, he sent me out, saying that the secretary he would have typed everything on the computer. I would like to give this "doctor" advice ... try to be more human, sometimes a smile is enough to reassure a person. We often forget the Hippocratic oath but always remember to pray for the god of money !!! Sconsigliatissimo

Sono stato circa 15 giorni fa per avere un preventivo di un numero consistente di sedute di terapia e nella immediatezza non mi seppero fornire un prezzo totale o un tariffario fisso. Cosicché la reception mi fece compilare un foglio, promettendo di attendere chiamata telefonica da parte di un loro fisioterapista. Nessuna risposta. Richiamai qualche giorno dopo e la reception continuò a ribadire le stesse parole sopraddette qualche giorno addietro.
Trascorsi piu di 15 giorni allo stato odierno nessuna chiamata ricevuta!
Senza parole! Un mistero ignoto sui prezzi e preventivi.
Poi riuscì a parlare con un fisioterapista che preferisco non fare il suo nome per ragione di privacy, che si comportò in modo scorbutico e maleducato, il quale contrastava una terapia formulata da un medico esterno al centro, con fare polemico, nonostante il certificato medico esibito.
Sono basito!
Mai piu centro Ginolfi!
Disappointed in the most bitter way!
I went about 15 days ago to get a quote for a large number of therapy sessions and immediately they didn't know how to give me a total price or a fixed rate. So the reception made me fill out a sheet, promising to wait for a telephone call from their physiotherapist. No reply. I called back a few days later and the reception continued to reiterate the same words as a few days ago.
After more than 15 days, no calls received today!
Without words! An unknown mystery about prices and quotes.
Then he managed to talk to a physiotherapist who I prefer not to mention his name for reasons of privacy, who behaved in a surly and rude way, which contrasted a therapy formulated by a doctor outside the center, with controversy, despite the medical certificate presented. .
I am thrilled!
Never again Ginolfi center!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dare una stella è già troppo!! Mi sono recata in questo centro per sottopormi a fisioterapia post intervento al braccio e sono stata assegnata ad un certo Marcello Caricchia: una persona maleducata e poco gentile che crede di essere chissà chi! Di fisioterapia non capisce nulla: a me faceva fare esercizi che mi procuravano moltissimo dolore. Ovviamente mi lamentavo con lui di questo dolore e lui urlava e mi inveiva contro dicendomi che non dovevo assolutamente lamentarmi perché lui si scocciava ( ci sono testimoni di questo, ovvero altri pazienti presenti in sala )!! Tutta la "fisioterapia" veniva effettuata senza utilizzo né di guanti né altro dispositivo di protezione in una sorta di palestra sporca e maleodorante.
Dopo poche sedute ho ovviamente abbandonato il centro e continuato la fisioterapia altrove. Quando ho effettuato il controllo con lo specialista che mi aveva operata mi ha chiarito che il dolore al braccio durante le sedute era causato esclusivamente dall'incompetenza del Caricchia. Mai più al centro Ginolfi!!!
Giving a star is already too much! I went to this center to undergo post-surgery physiotherapy on my arm and was assigned to a certain Marcello Caricchia: a rude and unkind person who thinks he is who knows who! He doesn't understand anything about physiotherapy: he made me do exercises that caused me a lot of pain. Obviously I complained to him about this pain and he screamed and yelled at me telling me that I absolutely should not complain because he was annoyed (there are witnesses of this, or other patients present in the room) !! All the "physiotherapy" was carried out without the use of gloves or other protective devices in a sort of dirty and smelly gym.
After a few sessions, I obviously left the center and continued physiotherapy elsewhere. When I checked with the specialist who had operated on me, he made it clear that the pain in my arm during the sessions was caused exclusively by the incompetence of the Caricchia. Never again in the Ginolfi center !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto al centro perché ho avuto qualche piccolo problema di salute. Dovevo fare vari controlli e sono stati gentili e professionali. La signora con cui ho parlato all’accettazione (credo si chiami Elisabetta) e stata estremamente disponibile e mi ha spiegato tutti i vari passaggi. Grazie mille perché in certi momenti è importante interagire con persone garbate e che si mettono a disposizione dell’utente.
I went to the center because I had some minor health problems. I had to go through various checks and they were kind and professional. The lady I spoke with at reception (I think her name is Elisabetta) was extremely helpful and explained all the various steps to me. Thank you very much because at certain times it is important to interact with polite people who make themselves available to the user.
