Ho atteso per piu di 1 settimana per un esame diagnostico e nonostante lasciai il mio numero di telefono per averne notizie sul ritiro dell'esito, nessuna risposta. Chiamai piu volte e rispondevano sempre che mi avrebbero chiamato. Alla fine è stato un calvario di telefonate per il ritiro. Reception poco organizzata!
Disappointed in the most bitter way!
I have been waiting for over 1 week for a diagnostic test and although I left my phone number to hear about the withdrawal of the result, no answer. I called several times and they always answered that they would call me. In the end it was an ordeal of pickup calls. Poorly organized reception!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martedì scorso , su venti analisi diverse,ne hanno fatto solo 15 ,tra cui l"omocisteina eseguita al costo di 30 euro ,quanto normalmente costa 12-15 euro ,sconsigliatissimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare assolutamente, visita cardiologica prenotata a 15 giorni, vengo richiamato per posticipare la visita concordata dopo un'ora... mi presento all'appuntamento ma il dottore è in ritardo e scopro che al mio stesso orario ci sono altre 7 visite prenotate... in un corridoio di 20 persone nessuno sa niente e la receptionist è anche nervosa! Povera Italia.
To be avoided absolutely, cardiology visit booked at 15 days, I am called back to postpone the agreed visit after an hour ... I show up for the appointment but the doctor is late and I discover that at the same time I have another 7 visits booked. .. in a corridor of 20 people nobody knows anything and the receptionist is also nervous! Poor Italy.
