★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with my 2 daughters for a quick simple manicure. One of my daughters and I got the manicures from the lady with darker skin (unfortunately I didn’t register the names).
This manicurist didn’t do anything to soften the nail cuticles before starting to quickly remove them. No wonder both of us got unpleasant cuts with one being quite bloody.
The other daughter got her mani from the other lady who did a proper job all around and avoided any cuts.
I give 3 stars for ease of scheduling, politeness, and low price, as well as quality of 1 of the 3 manicures we received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment online yesterday for today at 2:10 I did arrive 5 minutes late but it was closed well open but no one there I waited 15 minutes I understand that maybe they had gone for a coffee but no one showed up. They obviously didn’t read their booking email, very frustrating. Lucky was able to get to another saloon and they have my regular business from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed an emergency nail fix. Called and Frida Nails was able to see me the next day. 3 nail fix became 5 but she fixed no problem. My Nails were also broken at the natural nail but Frida Nails was able to make it possible so you couldn't even tell. She was nice and professional. I'd definitely recommend you visit this nail salon for your nail needs. Very good English and Italiano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff wasn’t very friendly. Manicure was very basic, no cuticle soak or hand cream. They told me my nails were dry and I was good to leave. I walked out and within 2 minutes the polish was clumping and coming off so it’s probably cheap polish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a semi permanent manicure and pedicure, but was disappointed by the service. The ladies were very nice and spoke good English but she was very rough on my nails and cuticles. I had 5 finger bleeds and 2 toe bleeds, and my nails did not leave feeling healthy. The polish that is used also isn’t great and you can tell it’s not very smooth. There were also some places where the polish was left on the finger. My boyfriend also got a manicure here to clean up his nails a bit, and he also had multiple bleeds. For both manicure and pedicure there was no soak, lotion, or any massage included - it was just the cuticle removal, buff, and polish. Pricing was fair but I’m disappointed with the results.
