★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un coupon su Groupon per una cera completa. Lo studio è molto piccolo ma molto accogliente e pulito; la stanza in cui viene fatta la cera ha anche il lettino riscaldato. Complimenti alle ragazze sono state veramente veloci e professionali. I tempi dell'appuntamento sono stati rispettati.
 I bought a Groupon coupon for a complete wax. The studio is very small but very cozy and clean; the room in which the wax is made also has the heated bed. Congratulations to the girls were really fast and professional. The appointment times have been respected.

Devo dire che Heloisa oltre ad essere sempre cortese è anche molto delicata... si sa la ceretta non è mai una gioia ma devo dire che da lei mi trovo bene e riesco anche a rilassarmi. Assolutamente consigliato!
I am a loyal customer of the beauty center. I went for hair removal and found kindness, professionalism and excellent value for money. La proprietaria e le ragazze sono cordiali e gentili e i trattamenti sono svolti con grande professionalità in un ambiente rilassante e silenzioso. I massaggi sul lettino riscaldato sono magnifici e anche la manicure che ho fatto è stata svolta con precisione ed è durata tantissimo. Centro super consigliato!
A small but very nice summer center just steps from Termini. The owner and the girls are friendly and nice, and the treatments are carried out with great professionalism in a relaxed and quiet environment. The massages on heated bed are magnificent and well manicured that I did was done with precision and lasted a lot. Center super recommended!

Il centro è piccolo ma ben curato, con dettagli che rimandano al Brasile, musica brasiliana, arredamento carino e curato. Sono stata accolta benissimo e la ceretta è stata veloce ma le ragazze sono state anche molto precise ed attente. Inoltre Margarida è stata molto gentile ed amichevole! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ed ottima posizione vicino alla stazione Termini.

I purchased 3 total body waxes on Groupon and today I did the first session. I am really very satisfied! The center is small but well cared for, with details that refer to Brazil, Brazilian music, nice and nice furnishings. I was very well received and the waxing was quick but the girls were also very precise and careful. In addition, Margarida was very kind and friendly! Excellent value for money and excellent location near Termini station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un Groupon ho dovuto chiedere il rimborso perchè dopo diversi tentativi telefonici e anche messaggi whatsapp non ho mai ricevuto risposta dal centro. Mi chiedo, è un’attività chiusa/cessata? No perchè mi è parso strano. Pertanto nulla, avviso che se acquistate Groupon del centro sinceratevi prima che rispondano alla vostra richiesta di prenotazione/disponibilità.
I bought a Groupon I had to ask for a refund because after several telephone attempts and even whatsapp messages I never received a reply from the center. I wonder, is it a closed / ceased business? No because it seemed strange to me. Therefore nothing, I advise that if you buy Groupon of the center make sure before they respond to your reservation / availability request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to this place about 10 times for waxing, manicures, a few different things. Every single time I arrived, my appointment wasn’t respected and I had to wait at least 15 minutes (even up to 30-45). The women working there have zero empathy or communication skills and never apologized for making me wait, even when I was sure to message them beforehand to remind them about my appointment time. A few times I left without getting all the services I wanted just because they work in slow motion and I don’t have time to waste. It’s cheap but not worth the headaches. I won’t be going back ever.
