F	Francesco Albertini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Fratelli Duri, un locale eterno, entrando si tornare indietro nel tempo di circa 20 anni. Con il suo stile un po' retrò risulta molto accogliente. Un solo cameriere nella sala che gestisce il tutto, ci fa accomodare dicendoci di scegliere un tavolo a nostro piacimento. Tovaglia di carta a quadretti, posate e bicchieri messi al momento ti fanno capire quanto possa essere spartano il luogo. Nulla da dire per il servizio, perché il cameriere è stato preciso e cordiale, portandoci i piatti senza molte attese. Passando a livello della cucina , ho preso LA miglior carbonare di Viterbo, come mi è stata decantata da molti, ovviamete le mie aspettative non sono state deluse. La porzione di pasta che mi è stata servita era molto più grande del normale, l'uovo non si era stracciato ed era giusta sia di pepe che di pecorino, unica pecca un po' scotto lo spaghetto, ma il sapore compensava questa mancanza. A seguire ho preso la cotoletta alla milanese e patate fritte. La cotoletta era panata molto bene, l'involucro di pangrattato rimaneva attaccato alla carne, nulla da dire alle patata, erano le classiche congelate. A concludere la serata un buonissimo espresso. Da tornarci assolutamente, data la tranquillità del luogo e della clientela. PS: 4 persone,1 focaccia con crudo come antipasto, 4 carbonare, 2 cotolette, 1 caprese e 1 pollo alla diavola con 4 contorni di patatine fritte. Più 3 poretti da 0.33, 1 da 0.66, 1 lattina di Fanta e una bottiglia di acqua Nepi, per un totale di 60€. I Fratelli Duri, an eternal place, upon entering you go back in time by about 20 years.
