Unica nota negativa il dolce, il tiramisù non mi è piaciuto, rimaneva pesante e troppo caffè nel fondo. Large room with tables both inside and outside. The pizza is very large, very fine and crunchy. The only negative note is the dessert, I didn't like the tiramisu, it was heavy and too much coffee in the bottom.

Quindi consiglio questo ristorante per coppie o piccoli nuclei prenotando in anticipo. Ma a parte questo, la pizza è davvero buona da far venire l'acquolina in bocca, non da meno gli antipasti. Posizione comoda in centro. CONSIGLIATO. We chose this place as a group and honestly we found ourselves uncomfortable because the place was crowded and we were numerous too. So I recommend this restaurant for couples or small groups by booking in advance. But apart from that, the pizza is really mouth-watering good, not least the appetizers. Convenient downtown location. RECOMMENDED.

Prezzo della birra alto e sproporzionato rispetto alla pizza (5€ per la birra italiana alla spina vs 6€ per la pizza). The pizza is low, scrocchiarella and large that does not fit on the plate, very good and digestible. Too bad that a few nights ago people died of cold in the room. High and disproportionate beer price compared to pizza (€ 5 for Italian draft beer vs € 6 for pizza).

Il gusto molto buono anche se un po’ troppo sottile la pasta e sovradimensionata rispetto al piatto su cui viene servita. Nel complesso, un ottimo locale Typical medieval place with a large central vault. Courteous staff. Many dishes are proposed: I ate pizza. The taste is very good even if the pasta is a little too thin and oversized compared to the dish on which it is served. Overall, a great venue

La pizza è buona, anche se magari si potrebbe fare qualcosina in più dal punto di vista della lievitazione. Però qualità dei topping assoluta. Dolci top. Scelta di birra interessante anche se manca qualche scelta di birra artigianale locale. Il servizio è veloce e i ragazzi molto cortesi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. The place is very nice, in a side street, in the historic center. The venue is large and well furnished. The pizza is good, although maybe you could do a little more from the point of view of leavening. But absolute quality of the toppings. Top sweets. Interesting beer choice although some local craft beer choices are missing. The service is fast and the guys very courteous. The value for money is excellent.

Per quanto riguarda il cibo consiglio antipasto della casa con fritti, affettati, formaggi, bruschette e verdure grigliate. Ovviamente da provare la pizza grazie al suo impasto leggero e digeribile (stesura alla romana). Le pizze, oltre ad essere molto grandi, risultano ben condite e gli ingredienti utilizzati sono di buona qualità. Consigliati infine i dolci, ottimi per terminare in bellezza. E' stato un peccato andare via prima del previsto a causa dei turni (7:30/21:30) ma eravamo stati avvertito già in fase di prenotazione La Sosta del Suffragio is a small restaurant located in the center of Viterbo. It is a hospitable and familiar location, excellent for group lunches and dinners. As for the food, I recommend a house starter with fried, cold cuts, cheeses, bruschetta and grilled vegetables. Obviously to try the pizza thanks to its light and digestible dough (Roman style). The pizzas, in addition to being very large, are well seasoned and the ingredients used are of good quality. Finally, the desserts are recommended, excellent for finishing off with a flourish. It was a shame to leave earlier than expected due to shifts (7: 30/21: 30) but we had already been warned during the booking process
