Entriamo in questo locale e l'atmosfera da l'idea di gran ristorante di livello , locale credo di massimo 60 posti ,prendiamo un antipasto io una TAR TAR al tartufo e una mozzarella in carrozza e partiamo subito alla grande ,poi una buonissima tagliata . Cameriere bravissimo ,un vero professionista e fine cena ci porta il conto lo chef ,con quale abbiamo il piacere di parlare e fargli i complimenti . Cibo di alta qualità servizio impeccabile ,conto giusto . Grazie a tutto l'altro gusto . Immersed within the beautiful walls of Viterbo in via delle maestre a side street of via Mazzini then at the entrance to the door of truth. We enter this place and the atmosphere gives the idea of a great level restaurant, a place I think of a maximum of 60 seats, I take an appetizer, a TAR TAR with truffles and a mozzarella in a carriage and we start immediately at a great size, then a very good cut. Very good waiter, a true professional and end of dinner, the chef brings us the bill, with whom we have the pleasure of talking and complimenting him. Antipasto ok 4-5 stelle senza problema Secondi Cinta senese troppo cotta (secondo me dovevano chiedere il grado di cottura). Ad altri tavoli si vedeva che il piatto era riuscito meglio: bordino con crosticina e al centro rosa. Consigliato dal cameriere scelgo il baccalà. Cottura errata, sapori non equilibrati. Dolci Crema catalana perfetta peccato che una parte del caramello si era attaccata al piatto Ho chiesto al cameriere di decidere un dolce per me, di stupirmi. Mi hanno servito un tiramisù senza nessuna cura nel piatto ed era completamente molliccio. Il cameriere bravo di buon livello pero non puo essere il solo a prendere le comande altrimenti si aspetta troppo tempo. Avremmo dovuto spendere 92 euro e invece di loro iniziativa ci hanno fatto uno sconto di 12€. Forse si sono accorti che non era andato tutto bene?! Per questa attenzione ho messo 3 stelle e non due. Una particolarità è la cucina a vista che mostra le abilità dello Chef. La cantina ha un'ottima varietà di vini. A parer mio questo è uno dei ristoranti e chef migliori del viterbese. A special feature is the open kitchen which shows the Chef's skills. The cellar has an excellent variety of wines. In my opinion this is one of the best restaurants and chefs in the Viterbo area.

Prenotiamo tramite telefono segnalando una ricorrenza e al nostro arrivo veniamo fatti a accomodare a un nel tavolo.. il locale è molto bello e curato, con divanetti che garantiscono la giusta privacy e danno un bel tocco di stile. Optiamo per tre antipasti davvero tutti ottimi, in particolare la mozzarella in carrozza! Come primo due paste cacio e pepe da sogno e un altro primo niente male. Ad accompagnare il tutto un ottimo prosecco piemontese. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono, consigliato! Hello fellow travelers, Following TA we opted for this restaurant and were pleased with it. We book by phone by reporting an anniversary and on our arrival we are made to sit at a table .. the place is very nice and well-kept, with sofas that guarantee the right privacy and give a nice touch of style. We opt for three truly excellent appetizers, in particular the mozzarella in carrozza! As a first two pasta cacio e pepe dream and another first not bad. To accompany it all an excellent Piedmontese prosecco. Good value for money, recommended!

Nel tempo le capacità sia dello chef che del personale di sala non sono cambiate se non in meglio. Continuo a considerarlo uno dei migliori locali di Viterbo se non si cercano piatti tipicamente locali. Insomma continuo a pensare che merita una visita. Per dare traccia di seguito lascio la precedente recensione che, di fatto, confermo. Locale con cucina a vista e , quindi, fuori dalla normalità della zona. Gli ambienti medievali risistemati con gusto. A proposito del gusto, i piatti proposti, normalmente fuori dalla tradizione viterbese, sia di mare che di terra sono ben eseguiti, con giusta personalità e professionalità dallo chef Daniele. Servizio cordiale e puntuale da parte di Dorian e restante personale di sala. A mio avviso da provare.
