Unica piccolissima nota dolente sul conto non vengono dati i parziali Nice place in the heart of Viterbo. Excellent food and drinks purely and rightly local products. Definitely to try and come back. Prezzo onestissimo e qualità di primo spessore con prodotti locali unici e sapori difficilmente sentiti prima. La gestione è gentile e precisa. C'è anche un'ampia varietà di vini che non abbiamo assaggiato ma sembravano di prima qualità. Ci sarebbe venuto 15€ a testa senza sconti che è onestissimo per la quantità e qualità di salumi, formaggi e porchetta che ci sono stati offerti. Consigliatissimo! To say excellent is little! We booked on The Fork at a time of big discounts but it would be totally worth the whole pay. Very honest price and quality of first thickness with unique local products and flavors hardly felt before. The management is friendly and accurate. There is also a wide variety of wines that we have not tasted but they seemed of first quality. There would come 15 € per person without any discounts that is honest for the amount and quality of meats, cheeses and pork that have been offered. Highly recommended!

Prezzo adeguato. All excellent, from the cold cuts platter that included: salami, ham, backpack, capocollo, ricotta, various cheeses, porchetta, livers, bruschetta with artichokes, oil and mushrooms, chickpea and chestnut soup, the platter of sweets and the excellent new wine. Appropriate price.

Graditissima la gentilezza dell'accoglienza, avevamo uno Smartbox e non riuscivamo a prenotare, la proprietaria ci ha assistito e abbiamo risolto. Consigliatissimo: taglieri non banali ma di alta qualità, ottimo vino e il dolce....non ve lo racconto perché dovete scoprirlo voi ? Cena a base di prodotti tipici locali accompagnata da un buon vino sempre della zona!!! Si spazia dai salumi ai formaggi alla porchetta e ai sott'oli fino alle bruschette!!! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!!!E accoglienza top!!! Lo consiglio vivamente!!! Ci ritornerò!!!
