Menù ricchissimo di primi piatti , difficile riuscire a leggere tutte le proposte Spaghetti al nero di seppia con pesto e vongole gustoso ed equilibrato . Mi è piaciuto molto come hanno saputo accogliere una mia richiesta rispetto ad un calice di vino che accompagnasse il piatto. Non avendo a disposizione una bottiglia aperta di mio gradimento, hanno portato la carta dei vini per consentirmi di scegliere. Non accade spesso. Crostata di albicocche molto buona
 Tested today January 15th. A nice restaurant, with old and welcoming rooms. Menu full of first courses, it is difficult to read all the proposals Spaghetti with cuttlefish ink with pesto and clams, tasty and balanced. I really liked how they were able to accommodate my request regarding a glass of wine to accompany the dish. Not having an open bottle of my liking available, they brought the wine list to allow me to choose. It doesn't happen often. Very good apricot tart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the best places we ate at in Viterbo. While they do specialize in pasta (just look at the name :) ), I did also try their meat offering and I can say they excel there too.
The neverending pasta / sauce combinations are mind boggling, to put it mildly. If Italians excel at their pasta, La Spaghetteria is a fine example and one you must try if you are at Viterbo.
The atmosphere was just right; cozy. The waitress noticed our semitic sounding language as she spoke a bit of Arabic, and was very friendly.
The photo I upload shows the pasta / sauce combinations; some have very cute names indeed :)
I am sorry I didn't take photos of the food to share here! Alla prossima :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many different spaghetti dishes, there is something for everyone! Over 100 dishes, and all the ones that I have tried were fantastic. I highly recommend eating here at least once while in Viterbo.
