Gentilissimi dalla prenotazione al servizio al conto. Ben consigliato ho provato l’acquacotta alla viterbese, i “lombrichi” alla viterbese e come dolce un semifreddo al croccantino che mi ha quasi commosso!
Con vino al bicchiere, acqua e caffè, prezzi più che onesti. Lo consiglio vivamente, naturalmente valutazione 5!
Arrived in the late afternoon in Viterbo, I look for a trattoria with typical cuisine and Trattoria 4 Stagioni attracts my attention ... intuition well rewarded! Very kind from booking to service to account. Well recommended I tried the Viterbo-style acquacotta, the Viterbo-style "earthworms" and as a dessert a crunchy parfait that almost moved me!
With wine by the glass, water and coffee, prices are more than fair. I highly recommend it, of course rating 5!

The bocconcini di cinghiale was an especially delicious and well-prepared dish: an ample portion of very tasty, juicy, and tender meat. The meal was well-paced and the staff very attentive.
