F	Federico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CHE CLASSE !! Ciò che mi ha colpito di questo ristorante è proprio la classe! L’ho trovato il posto perfetto per una uscita con il proprio partner. Il locale internamente presenta una atmosfera soffusa, con luci calde e delicate, pareti in roccia, con rifiniture accurate che non fanno apparire il posto come antico, piuttosto di classe. Si entra e si viene accolti e coccolati per tutto il pasto dal capo sala che ha la buona e piacevole abitudine di chiamarti per nome, senza mai dimenticarselo, anche se si è nuovi clienti, senza mai omettere ‘Signore’ prima del nome. Una abitudine cavalleresca, che ti fa tornare indietro nel tempo delle buone maniere. Piacevole il menù scritto a mano, anche se alcune parole facevo fatica a leggerle. La cucina l’ho trovata di ottima qualità, e il pezzo forte per me è stato il filetto di manzo, che era semplicemente meraviglioso… sapore squisito e cottura perfetta! Per il conto sicuramente la qualità si paga, ma se si vuole fare bella figura questo è proprio il posto perfetto. WHICH CLASS !! What impressed me about this restaurant is its class! The restaurant internally has a soft atmosphere, with warm and delicate lights, rock walls, with accurate finishes that do not make the place look old, rather classy. You enter and are welcomed and pampered throughout the meal by the head of the dining room who has the good and pleasant habit of calling you by name, without ever forgetting it, even if you are a new customer, without ever omitting 'Sir' before the name. A chivalrous habit, which makes you go back in the time of good manners. The handwritten menu was pleasant, even if I struggled to read some words. I found the cuisine to be of excellent quality, and the highlight for me was the fillet of beef, which was simply wonderful ... exquisite flavor and perfect cooking! For the bill you certainly pay for the quality, but if you want to make a good impression this is the perfect place.

Ormai è il nostro punto di riferimento, dove si mangia coccolati e di gusto. Mai trovato un difetto e andando spesso abbiamo provato anche piatti diversi e sono tutti davvero eccezionali. Finché siamo a Viterbo sarà sempre un piacere passare una serata da loro. STRA CONSIGLIATISSIMO OUR REFERENCE POINT IN VITERBO. Quality food, staff and cook of a unique kindness. It is now our point of reference, where you can eat pampered and with taste. Never found a fault and going often we also tried different dishes and they are all truly exceptional. As long as we are in Viterbo it will always be a pleasure to spend an evening with them. STRA HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
