Excellent Viterbo aperitif with friends on Saturday evening We tasted refined local products including fried pepper, duck ham, fried duck, local cured meats etc. and a wonderful rose wine.

Grazie al consiglio di amici ci siamo ritrovati in un locale davvero particolare e ben curato. Per quanto riguarda la cena ci siamo affidati totalmente alla cucina che con il menù degustazione ci ha accompagnato per tutta la sera. Abbiamo mangiato pietanze sicuramente buone , ma soprattutto eseguite con grande tecnica! Le ragazze in sala sono state molto cortesi e professionali. Ringrazio inoltre per aver esaudito il mio desiderio di una candelina per il festeggiato! In bocca al lupo ragazzi ! I was in this place a few nights ago with my partner and his parents on the occasion of his birthday. Thanks to the advice of friends, we found ourselves in a very special and well-kept place. As for dinner we totally relied on the kitchen that accompanied us throughout the evening with the tasting menu. We ate certainly good dishes, but above all done with great technique! The girls in the room were very courteous and professional. I also thank you for having granted my wish for a candle for the birthday boy! Good luck guys !

Avete presente quando vorreste mangiare, in modo speciale, ma non solo per mangiare, piuttosto per assaggiare, per il gusto vero di assorbire sapori? E quando esci ti dici “ era quello che volevo”? Stasera è stato così. Trovandomi li di martedì, esiste la possibilità , da lun- gio, di scegliere la selezione degli assaggi dello chef, e se non lo avessimo fatto, avremmo perso davvero dei gran piatti. - COSTO: decisamente dalla parte dei clienti - (ATTENZIONE è stato davvero delizioso gustare le portare che riesci a sostenere, tutte con la stessa curiosità, perché giusti di quantità ed era esattamente quello che volevamo… chi si aspettasse le 6 portate anonime da eventi, non è il loro posto) PS CANTINA speciale ottimo chardonnay della Borgogna. And when you go out you say to yourself "it was what I wanted"? That was how it was tonight. Being there on a Tuesday, there has been the possibility, from Monday, to choose the chef's selection of samples, and if we hadn't done it, we would have really missed out on some great dishes. - COST: definitely on the side of the customers - (ATTENTION it was really delicious to taste the dishes you can handle, all with the same curiosity, because they were right in quantity and it was exactly what we wanted ... who expected the 6 anonymous courses from events, not their place) PS CANTINA special great Burgundy chardonnay.

Dalle foto si può apprezzare l'angolo bar con tutti i liquori presenti, al centro del locale, garantendo anche un aspetto scenico. I piatti sono basati su materie prime semplici ma con composizioni particolari che rendono il gusto davvero unico. La selezione di vini oltre che di piatti è ampia e ricercata. Consiglio di provarlo a cena. Very well-kept venue near the union theater. From the photos you can appreciate the corner bar with all the liqueurs present, in the center of the room, also guaranteeing a scenic aspect. The dishes are based on simple raw materials but with particular compositions that make the taste truly unique. The selection of wines as well as dishes is wide and refined. I recommend trying it for dinner.

Personale molto preparato e attento alle misure covid in atto! Non vedo l ora di tornarci :) I state that the Lab is my daughter's favorite restaurant! We ate these delicacies, which of course I recommend! Staff very prepared and attentive to the covid measures in place! Can't wait to go back :)

R	Riccardo Ciprini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely cocktails, perhaps amongst the best in town. If you're looking for a "chic" place for a hangout, this might be the right pick for your likings. Elegant atmosphere, alternative music, and enjoyable finger foods to match with tailor-made cocktails. Unfortunately, if you're looking for a "Milanese aperitivo", this is not where you should go. Cocktails are normally priced, but food is rather expensive and you won't get yourself full, unless you're willing to look into the variety of small plates options that it's available but be ready to pay accordingly. Overall, I don't consider this place being between the bar choices offered by the city, but rather a place to go for business purposes, or just to give a buzz into monotonous routines. My rating is low, as I was expecting a more approachable bar, I was quite sad not to be able to do an "aperitivo" with the vast variety of cocktails offered by the bar, I believe this concept of food and beverage won't find application amongst the local's habits; unless a more affordable option gets adopted, allowing you to enjoy a drink with a relevantly cheap food option, the place shall reserve it's esclusivity outside of local's interactions, not taking advantage of a marvelous plaza.
