Non vorrei sbilanciarmi, ma è la migliore pizza che io abbia mai mangiato, impasto leggerissimo, ingredienti sempre di qualità superiore. Magari a volte si aspetta un po'... Ma quando la gusterete, capirete che ne è valsa la pena. Without a doubt the best pizza in Viterbo, probably one of the best in the world. I would not want to go too far, but it is the best pizza I have ever eaten, very light dough, always superior quality ingredients. Maybe sometimes it waits a bit ... Personale cortese e gentile, ma pizza cruda e insapore. Una stella perchè zero non si può.
