Maleducati senza un minimo di empatia , non i lavoranti che anzi sono sempre cortesi e preparati, i proprietari cominciando dalla dottoressa madre per finire alle due figlie dottoresse. Ci sono momenti in cui è impossibile nn andare soprattutto ora in momenti di crisi convid-9. Ma quando capita me ne pento sempre di esserci entrata. Pharmacy that thinks only of profit. Rude without a minimum of empathy, not the workers who in fact are always courteous and prepared, the owners starting with the mother doctor and ending with the two doctor daughters. Per un'urgenza notturna ho trovato il titolare a servirmi: mi ha aiutato con grande pazienza e umanità! Insomma VI CONSIGLIO questa farmacia! Non vi è comunicazione e i problemi sono sempre dei pazienti, che recandosi in farmacia per un aiuto si trovano ad essere trattati super male. Sconsiglio e dò 1 ma vorrei dare -1 a questa farmacia. Ragazzi, non andate a spendere in questo punto vendita perché una volta avevo mal di gola e mi sono recata in farmacia, mi mancavano 10 centesimi e non avevo con me la carta di credito. Era l'unica farmacia di turno e il postamat era troppo distante per prelevare. Ragazzi, assurdo per 10 centesimi non mi hanno dato il farmaco. NOT RECOMMENDED! STRIPPED AND ATTACHED TO GAIN. Il mio ragazzo è andato a prendere una cosa dalla macchinetta e non ha ritirato il prodotto a causa del malfunzionamento della macchinetta. Il giorno seguente recandosi in farmacia con lo scontrino, spiegando il suo problema non ha ricevuto i soldi indietro di importo 20 euro. Il mio ragazzo ci ha rimesso e il personale arrogante lo ha risposto male. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!! Sono un cliente da 20 anni e non ho mai avuto problemi sino al giorno in cui decido di utilizzare la macchinetta automatica esterna, che si trova su via Matteotti. Ho inserito 20 euro e la macchina si è bloccata...è uscito uno scontrino con scritto di recarmi in negozio per ricevere l'accredito. Provo dall'altra macchinetta posta su piazza verdi, che accetta solo soldi in moneta e inserisco ben 8 euro e questa volta non mi viene dato nemmeno lo scontrino. Nel momento in cui mi sono recato in farmacia per fare presente il fatto mi è stato detto che non si poteva fare nulla perchè sullo scontrino c'era scritto "test di gravidanza" della cliente precedente che aveva acquistato dalla macchinetta. E che loro avrebbero controllato la contabilità a fine mese e mi avrebbe fatto sapere. A fine mese mi richiamano e mi dicono che a loro non risulta e purtroppo non possono ridarmi i miei soldi........ ASSURDA LA POSIZIONE RIGIDA CHE LA TITOLARE HA SENTENZIATO VERSO IL SUO CLIENTE E PENSO CHE A VITERBO VISTA LA SCELTA DI FARMACIE OPTERÒ PER UNA PIÙ DISPONIBILE E COLLABORATIVA PER IL SUO CLIENTE I am very disappointed with this pharmacy.
