Come se non bastasse avete avuto il coraggio di offendervi perché mi serviva il farmaco per il bambino e alla fine vi siete rifiutati di vendermi il prodotto per il quale non mi serviva la ricetta . Vergognatevi! Although this is the only pharmacy open all day, you opened me after 10 minutes of waiting in the cold with a small child in your arms. As if that weren't enough you had the courage to offend you because I needed the drug for the child and in the end you refused to sell me the product for which I didn't need the recipe. Shame on you!

Vado per usare la crema e mi accordo che il prodotto non era utilizzabile in quanto al posto della crema usciva uno strano olio. Torno subito in farmacia con il prodotto non conforme e il farmacista si rifiuta di sostituirmelo dicendo che dovevo acquistarne un altro. Tutto questo e' assurdo e assolutamente poco professionale. Sconsigliata al 100% She recommended a cream instead of another that I asked for and did not have. I go to use the cream and I agree that the product was not usable because a strange oil came out instead of the cream. I immediately go back to the pharmacy with the non-compliant product and the pharmacist refuses to replace it saying that I had to buy another one. All this is absurd and absolutely unprofessional. 100% not recommended
M	Maurizia Kandana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il cane per sbaglio ha fatto i suoi bisogni liquidi sullo scalino esterno del locale e quando stavo per andare a prendere per pulire in quanto abito la vicino, il proprietario della farmacia è uscito sbraitandomi addosso con tanto di insulti, parolacce, bestemmie e minacce di denuncia. Penso che il fatto parli da sé, sicuramente il cane ha sbagliato e sono stata poco accorta io a tirarlo via prima dell’accaduto ma sbagliare è umano e l’educazione e la calma sta alla base di tutto soprattutto per fatti banali facilmente risolvibili. the dog accidentally did his liquid needs on the outside step of the restaurant and when I was about to go and get to clean as I live the neighbor, the owner of the pharmacy came out yelling at me with lots of insults, swear words, curses and threats of complaint . I think the fact speaks for itself, surely the dog made a mistake and I was not very careful in pulling it away before it happened, but making mistakes is human and education and calm are the basis of everything, especially for trivial facts that are easily solved.
