L'unico piccolo difetto è la mancanza della porta d'ingresso che rende il locale un po' troppo freddo. Per il resto è top!

Oggi dopo aver atteso 30 minuti nonostante l appuntamento preso da tempo, non avevo nessun cenno di riscontro o scusa da parte di nessuni. Ho provato a rappresentare la mia attesa e la mia fretta ma ho avuto una risposta molto sgarbata da una operatrice . Stavo andando via quando si è fatta avanti Chiara ,: sì è scusata, mi ha detto che avevano avuto dei contrattempi ( può capitare per carità ) e appena possibile ha iniziato il lavaggio . In linea con lo stile di sempre di questo negozio !
I have always appreciated the expertise and great kindness found in this shop. Today, after waiting 30 minutes despite the appointment made for some time, I had no sign of acknowledgment or apology from anyone. I tried to represent my expectation and my haste but got a very rude response from an operator. I was leaving when Chiara came forward: yes she apologized, she told me that they had had some setbacks (it can happen for charity) and as soon as possible she started washing. In line with the usual style of this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo fatto una piega qualche mese fa e mi ero trovata molto bene. l'accoglienza è buona ed il personale educato. ESSENDOMI TROVATA BENE PER LA PIEGA, sono tornata per fare il colore, un balayage, ma purtroppo questa volta sono rimasta molto delusa. Avendo pagato quasi 200Euro, mi aspettavo di uscire molto soddisfatta. mi hanno affidata a due persone che si vedeva erano alle prime armi, e sinceramente il colore non è come una semplice piega che se non ti piace puoi lavarli e rifare. tornata a casa mi vedevo malissimo e ho chiamato per far presente la situazione. mi hanno dato la possibilità di tornare il giorno dopo e di essere trattata da un'altra ragazza che è stata paziente e brava a cercare di rimediare al danno, ma purtroppo l'insoddisfazione persiste. non vedo l'ora di togliermi questo brutto rame. sicuramente consiglio per una bella piega ( se fatta dalla persona giusta altrimenti non vale la pena il costo) ma non consiglio per trattamenti più impegnativi, visti anche i prezzi.

Having found myself good for the crease, I went back to do the color, a balayage, but unfortunately this time I was very disappointed. Having paid almost 200 euros, I expected to leave very satisfied. they entrusted me to two people who you could see were beginners, and honestly the color is not like a simple fold that if you don't like it you can wash them and redo them. back home I looked terrible and I called to point out the situation. they gave me the chance to come back the next day and be treated by another girl who was patient and good at trying to fix the damage, but unfortunately the dissatisfaction persists. can't wait to get this ugly copper off. I definitely recommend for a nice hairdo (if done by the right person otherwise it's not worth the cost) but I don't recommend for more demanding treatments, also considering the prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero già stata varie volte nel negozio trovandomi bene nonostante i prezzi alti. Purtroppo oggi dopo una attesa di 20 minuti (nemmeno una scusa) mi hanno lavato frettolosamente i capelli e lasciato in posa una maschera per oltre 20 minuti e avendo fatto passare avanti altre clienti mi hanno prima fatto sciacquare i capelli dalla ragazza della reception,lasciato altri 5 minuti con i capelli bagnati poi richiamato la malcapitata ragazza della reception che vedendo la mia impazienza ha iniziato ad asciugarmi i capelli con aria fredda....Quindi cambio di ragazza e una piega durata 5 minuti. I capelli sono rimasti umidi io liquidata in modo scortese....per il gran finale piega 36 euro e 10 minuti per pagare...totale dell'operazione quasi due ore. Forse dovreste cambiare mestiere. Lo sconsiglio vivamente
