E' difficile trovare posti del genere dove anche senza appuntamento riesci ad essere servita velocemente e rimanere soddisfatta. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi abita in zona e non per gli infiniti servizi che offre. Grazie sempre a tutto lo staff. I have been going to this center for years where professionalism, kindness and availability are always in first place. It is difficult to find such places where even without an appointment you can be served quickly and remain satisfied. I highly recommend it to those who live in the area and not for the infinite services it offers. Thanks always to all the staff.

Frequento assiduamente da anni e non ho mai avuto problemi di nessun tipo. è un ambiente che ti fa sentire a tuo agio e in pieno relax, requisiti indispensabili quando si dedica del tempo a sé stessi. Beauty center you can rely on, both for performance and for the kind and qualified staff. I have been attending regularly for years and have never had any problems whatsoever. it is an environment that makes you feel at ease and in complete relaxation, essential requirements when dedicating time to yourself.

Dopo essermi informata sui servizi mi era stato consigliato di venire prima di una certa ora, e che proprio perche’ si vantano che non vanno su appuntamento sarei stata seguita il giorno seguente. Arrivata pure in anticipo sono stata mandata via perche’ tutte le ragazze erano occupate e non avrebbero potuto servirmi. Senza parlare della maleducazione della ragazza, che si giustificava che non era colpa loro! Si perdono i clienti cosí! Ora sono le 18.30 e domani mattina parto! ENORME DISSERVIZIO! Mi sono recata in questo centro per fare una ceretta al labbro superiore e sono stata accolta da una ragazza (Aurelia??) che mi ha detto di attendere 15 minuti (dato che non vanno su prenotazione) e mi sono seduta. Nel frattempo, la ragazza fa comodamente colazione con cornetto e succo di frutta. Dopo di che, si passa alle pubbliche relazioni....arriva un amico e lei esce a scambiare 4 chiacchiere.... giustamente.... il cliente aspetta e tu non te la fai una chiacchierata?!? ... A quel punto, trascorsi 15 minuti, la sollecito e mi dice che mancano 2 minuti! Ma cose da pazzi! Dopo 5 minuti la risollecito e mi dice che devo aspettare la ragazza che si occupa della parte estetica. Assurdo, dal momento che è sempre stata lei a servirmi! Altro giorno, vado per fare le sopracciglia. Mi fanno sdraiare e arriva una certa Vincenza con i capelli bagnati... Chi è che sul posto di lavoro non si fa lo shampoo?!? Una massa di gente incompetente e poco professionale, ma ce l'hanno un datore di lavoro?? Voto 0!! A star is too much! Inoltre hanno macchinari innovativi per la cura del corpo e dimagrimento!! Poter andare senza appuntamento mi ha salvato molte serate! Straconsigliato!! Cozy place, nice staff.
